In five months 2008 of the enterprise food and the processing industry, carried to the sphere of coordination of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, let out production in the comparable prices for the sum of 1501,7 million UAH., that above level of the similar period of 2007 for 13,9 %.
Stably the enterprises Krasnogvardeysky (growth of 15,4 %), Simferopol (growth of 43,0 %) and Lenin (growth of 41,0 %) areas worked. Considerably improved work of the enterprise of the May Day area (+3,9 %).
At the same time, in a number of areas though will reach high growth of volume of production, however it is not enough of it essentially to affect a situation as a whole on the Autonomous Republic Crimea. In the Belogorsky area - growth of volumes in 2,0 times, specific weight makes 0,05 %, in the Dzhankoysky area – growth 2,4 times at specific weight of 0,2 %.
Continue to reduce volume of production of the enterprise Soviet (-37,8 %), Razdolnensky (decrease in-13,7 %), Nizhnegorsky (-28,2 %), Bakhchsarai (-18,3 %) and Saksky (-14,9 %) areas. Worsened work of the enterprise of the Kirov area (-1,3 %).
In Krasnoperekopsky and Black Sea areas there are no base industrial enterprises of branch: here output volumes though in these areas there are potential possibilities to increase volume of production that it it it was possible to include the enterprises in base (Krasnoperekopsky – production grain (rice), Black Sea – production of dairy production and vegetable oil) are very small.
As a whole on the Autonomous Republic Crimea in 5 months 2008 growth of volume of production of food production in natural expression is observed. Production of meat, including an offal of 1 category, (+10,2 %), sausage products (+86,5 %), milk processed liquid (+12,2 %), torments (+19,1 %), bakery products (+4,0 %), pasta (+19,1 %), cognac (+26,8 %), alcoholic beverage products (+20,1 %), wine grape (+1,0 %), mineral water (+5,0 %) is increased.
At the same time, butter volume of production (-28,1 %), tvorogasvezhy not fermented (-16,3 %), products sour-milk (-0,9 %), grain (-0,3 %), forages for agricultural animals (-21,0 %), soft drinks (-18,1 %) are reduced.
