Already today it is possible to speak about formation of agricultural industry of the area, priorities right now are defined on future development. What way to choose? Heads of a new formation who work in the conditions of market economy, can having processed mass of information, to make a right choice of the production technology of production which will be surely demanded.
Processes occurring in the world bypass also us. They also dictate us the conditions: what production to make at our climatic, economic, human resources.
Now in the area players in the market of selkhozproizvodstvoditel are defined. The competition situation is created. It led to claiming of each fertile hectare of the earth, conducts to increase in a salary of workers of agricultural industry. I consider that in fight for resources the victory will be behind that who will pay attention to social development of the village, infrastructure of settlements.
We count that in the list strong economically, such as SPK "Karkinitsky" (the chairman N. S. Klimchenko), SOOO "Field" (the gen. director A.B.Korotkov), KFH "Grain-grower" (executive director B.V.Shapka), JSC PZ "Nice" (the gen. the director S. V. Vovkodavets, ChSP "Chernyshevsky" (the gen. director A.S.Kondakov) will enter also other agricultural enterprises.
Analyzing activity of the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises of the area, it is possible to predict a situation and to hold events promoting further development of agricultural industry, its formation on rails of an intensive way of development, namely wide application of intensive technologies, return to a scientific approach to business.
Having created a situation of the healthy competition in the ground market and using this lever the district state administration will promote those land users who will begin to raise requirements to an agrotechnology of cultivation of agricultural cultures, a salary to the workers, to increase tax revenues in budgets of all levels.
To what led 2007? By a preliminary estimate, in comparison with 2006 production of grain is increased by 19 % (from 74,2 thousand tons in 2006 to 88,3 thousand tons in 2007). Production of other types of production (if to start with budget cost of gross output in the comparable prices of 2005, the increase in comparison with 2006 made 31,3 %) is increased.
The tendency to growth and in animal husbandry is traced. Increase in production of production made 9 %. KRS livestock is increased by 0,3 thousand heads, pigs – on 0,4 thousand heads, sheep – on 2,8 thousand heads, increased productions of meat by 0,6 thousand tons, wool – on 11 tons, eggs – on 0,1 million pieces.
On the crop’s eve of 2008 agricultural producers sowed 36505 hectares by winter grain crops, including winter wheat – 30601 hectares, winter barley – 5904 hectares that on 6504 hectares more than on the crop’s eve of 2007. In 2008 it is planned to sow for 262 hectares more than early summer cultures: 12588ga (actually) in 2007, 12850 hectares (plan) in 2008.
Fig. cleaning was carried out to a short time in the alien autumn. 10005 tons of white grain are threshed, productivity made 62,8 c/hectares.
It was in due time plowed zyab. Our agricultural enterprises completely paid off for rent ground and property shares. There is no debt on a salary. Work on debt repayment in a pension fund is conducted.
Considerably increased production and processing enterprises. More often and more actively take place in the area of fair.
