In the beginning the practical part of meeting with departure of heads of agricultural enterprises, heads and specialists of the district state administration and management of agroindustrial development in two economy of the area was held.
First of all the exit group examined exemplary fields ChSP "Zelenogorsky" ready to cleaning. The good harvest to zelenogorets is promised by grain fields. The head of an economy of Century Lyubovetsky hopes to receive on 10 c/hectares maslosemyan flax that will be equivalent 30 c/hectares of wheat. Not grain crushed, high-calorific part of flax will be used on a forage to pigs. All branches in ChSP "Zelenogorsk" work and develop. The exit group examined readiness for cleaning of technical park of an economy. On a line of readiness combines and auxiliary equipment. It is ready to accept and process 4 thousand tons of grain a zernotok. In case of bad weather under a canopy it is possible to place 400 tons of grain. It is constructed in an economy new zernosklad by capacity of 600 tons, there are also the warehouses, ready to accept 1000 sink grains. In full readiness all zernoochistitelny equipment and fire-prevention equipment.
The meeting on cleaning then proceeded in a regional council building where there were heads of the agricultural enterprises, the first deputy chairman of a raygosadministrayotsiya P. Bodrichenko, the head of department of agroindustrial development I.Metelkov, specialists of the district state administration and management of agroindustrial development, the head of village councils, representatives of the agrarian and industrial complexes various services. Unknown frosts of this year forced to worry enough for a condition of winter zernoyovy crops. Saved situation a significant amount of moisture in the soil and existence of snow cover in frosts. And moderate temperatures and a precipitation during the subsequent period allowed crops to "rise" and restore vegetation processes. As a whole the condition of crops at an exit from wintering was estimated positively and only 500 hectares demanded repair. Wintering of a plant left in a kushcheniye phase. In due time on 10 thousand hectares top dressing by ammoniac saltpeter and processing by herbicides on the area of 15 thousand hectares was carried out.
Financial support of the state on compensation of expenses at a rate of 100 UAH became considerable help in spring-field works for agricultural producers. on one poseyanny hectare of winter grain crops. Compensation was received by 30 agricultural formations, all to the area 1,228 million UAH arrived., that allowed to buy partially fertilizers, herbicides, with fuels and lubricants and to provide crops summer on grain on the area of 2,1 thousand hectares.
According to specialists of management of agroindustrial development and the farms, the expected shaft of grain should make 40 thousand tons at productivity of 21,6 c/hectares that znayochitelno will exceed level of last year.
The speaker expressed serious concern concerning high cost of fuels and lubricants and low factor of updating of harvest equipment. In farms there were I08 of combine harvesters which are already worn-out for 80-90 %. It is necessary latat to the technician, 70 % of combine harvesters are ready To a season only. For reduction of loading by one combine by fields of Belogorie it is planned to involve 16 import high-efficiency combines. Load of one combine on the area will make 150 hectares. For carrying out grain-harvesting works 600 tons of diesel fuel are necessary for the area. Today available there are only 70 tons. The real terms of a harvest providing the minimum losses, 20 days.
In summary the speaker asked heads of farms to analyse once again working plans of cleaning, special attention to give to labor protection questions, safety measures and fire-prevention actions.
The chairman of regional council of agricultural producers L.Yanaka with a heavy heart spoke about problems of landowners. He told that at preharvest meeting in Klepinino’s village, heads of farms waited from acting for the highest rank of information on the help of the state to agricultural producers in carrying out cleaning of bread. However anything on this matter didn’t hear. Hopes of support of the state aren’t present. Everyone in a harvest season should count only on the forces. And it is already clear that the next test for durability will be sustained not by all.
