The decision to establish for subjects of economic activity a maximum level of a trading extra charge at a rate of 10 % to wholesale price of the producer is made at formation of retail prices for all types of bread, meat products, dairy products and vegetable oil.

Such decision is accepted at meeting of Council of ministers of ARK on February 10, the press service reports.
So, the decision to establish for subjects of economic activity of all forms of ownership a maximum level of a trading extra charge at a rate of 10 % to wholesale price of the producer is made at formation of retail prices for all types of bread, irrespective of number of intermediaries which take part in its delivery – from the producer to an ultimate consumer, and also to wholesale price of the producer for sausage boiled products (including sausage, a sausage, a shpikachka, xleby meat, ham), milk liquid, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, meat of hens (except fillet, a hip, a breast, a skin, fat and semi-finished products culinary), beef (except semi-finished products culinary), pork (except semi-finished products culinary), vegetable oil not refined, refined, deodorized on pouring packaged, egg chicken.
The government of the Crimea also established a maximum level of a trading extra charge at a rate of 15 % to wholesale price of the producer or customs cost of the goods at formation of retail prices for grain semolina, to a croup buckwheat, rice, granulated sugar, pasta, a flour wheaten subjects of economic activity of all forms of ownership, irrespective of number of intermediaries. It is thus stipulated that action of the present subparagraph doesn’t extend on formation of retail prices for grain rice and to grain the buckwheat fast-boiling soft.
The council of ministers established a limit of a trading extra charge at a rate of 20 % to wholesale price of the producer or customs cost of the goods at formation of retail prices by subjects of economic activity of all forms of ownership on baby food of national production. The limit of profitability of production at a rate of 5 % for a flour wheaten the highest, 1 and 2 grades, a flour the rye obdirny is also established.
According to the resolution, costs of manufacturing of semi-finished products of natural hens from meat, beef and pork at the enterprises of home shopping service join in retail price over the established limit of a trading extra charge, but no more than 5 % from wholesale price of the acquired raw materials.
The government of an autonomy recommended to the manufacturing enterprises to provide monthly average production of grades of bread of mass consumption in volume not less than 10 % from total amount of production of bread and food. It is recommended to local government bodies of the cities and areas to consider the problem on expediency of the conclusion of contracts (memorandums) with the enterprises of a hlebopecheniye which are letting out grades the corn of mass consumption in the region, and also to consider possibility of creation of the municipal enterprises of a hlebopecheniye.
The council of ministers also charged to the State inspectorate for control of the prices in ARK to provide rigid control over observance of discipline of the prices, order of formation, establishment and application of the prices for the above-stated food, to carry out checks of implementation of this resolution.
It is entrusted to district state administrations, executive committees of city councils to stir up activities of the working groups for control over a price situation in the market of foodstuff and their existence in a distribution network, about negative tendencies, if necessary to inform the Crimean Council of ministers, State inspectorate for control of the prices in ARK.
It is entrusted to heads of the district state administrations, mayors to provide control over a price situation on socially significant food, existence on sale and absence of interruptions in providing the population with bread and bakery products of mass consumption.
