The director of office of AR Crimea of the Ukrgosnadzor of support of farms explains that it is necessary to get financial support for farm development.
The office of AR Crimea of the Ukrainian state fund of support of farms pays attention fermerovna that the Resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from February 27 2008g. No. 113 are made changes to the Order of use of means of the government budget provided for support to farms from August 25, 2004 of No. 1102.
According to this Order financial support is provided:
– to again created farms in their formation (the first 3 years after their state registration, and in remote settlements – 5 years) and to farms with the isolated estate on an irrevocable basis according to the budgetary program Financial support of farms and on a returnable (competitive) basis according to the budgetary program Granting the credits to farms:
– to other farms – only on a returnable (competitive) basis according to the budgetary program Granting the credits to farms.
The office of AR Crimea of the Ukrainian state fund of support of farms created the competitive commission, in which competence definition of farms to which financial support on an irrevocable and returnable (competitive) basis is provided.
Farms for receiving financial support provide the following documents in the commission:
• the demand in the established form in duplicate);
• a copy of the reference on inclusion in the Uniform state register of the enterprises and the organizations of Ukraine:
• copy of the Charter of a farm;
• copies of documents which confirm an ownership right on the land lot (the relevant state acts), go the lease contract, registered in accordance with the established procedure;
• the business plan with the feasibility study on expediency of allocation of the help to a farm. In the business plan to specify the schedule of return of the financial help (for receiving financial support on a returnable basis);
• the farm offer concerning a way of ensuring implementation of the obligation in the established form;
• balance and the report on financial results for the last reporting period in the approved form with 01 labels BEND;
• certificate of bank details of a farm;
• passport copy of the chairman of a farm;
• certificate on the state registration of a farm;
• the certificate issued by appropriate body of national tax service and the Pension fund of Ukraine, of lack of debt on the tax obligations and payments in the Pension fund of Ukraine;
• the written obligation of a farm to return in a month in the budget the received budgetary funds in case of establishment by supervisory authorities of their illegal receiving and/or no-purpose use (in case of not return of means the fine at a rate of 120 % per annum of discount rate of NBU per every day of delay in due time is charged).
