Insurance experience – the period (term) throughout which the person is subject to obligatory goyosudarstvenny pension insurance and for which are monthly paid insurance vznosy in the size not smaller, than the minimum insurance fee.
On standards of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory state pension insurance" to an insurance experience those will enlist only periody for which insurance fees were paid:
work on hiring at the enterprises, in uchrezhdeyoniya and the organizations irrespective of a form of a sobyostvennost, a kind of activity and managing;
the period of employment of individuals predpriniyomatelsky activity under condition of payment of insurance fees in the Pension fund;
the period of receiving the help on unemployment;
the creative activity connected with polucheniyoy of the income directly from this activity;
involuntary military service in Armed forces of Ukraine, Security service of Ukraine, in druyogy formed according to Ukyoraina’s law military formations, and also in organax the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
service in the militarized formations, periody services of persons command and ordinary sostava courier service of specially authorized central body of the ispolniyotelny power concerning communication and an informatiyozatsiya, mine-rescue parts irrespective of submission, the service period in staff of the avayoriyno-rescue service created in a sootvetyostviye with the legislation on a constant basis;
training time in the highest and professional texnicheskix establishments after achievement 18-letneyogo age (under condition of voluntary payment of strayokhovy contributions); time of passing of professionalyyony preparation, retraining or professional development with a separation from production on a napravyoleniye of the enterprises, the organizations, establishments (without preservation of a salary and with receiving a stiyopendiya according to the legislation);
the period of receiving the help on a temporary netruyodosposobnost;
time of care of the disabled child, invaliyody Igruppy, aged which reached 80-year age;
time of care of juvenile children to a dostiyozheniye them 3-year age.
Will rank thus as an insurance experience in a log the size the periods if the insured person paid contributions in the size, not smaller, than contributions calculated of minimum wage. The periods if the person paid insurance fees menyyoshy, than the contributions calculated from the minimum zayorabotny payment, will be considered in proportion to actually paid contributions concerning the size of minimum wage.
In what size the insurance experience for purpose of pension is considered?
The insurance experience for purpose of pensions will be vychislyatsya in the unary size. The exception is made by persons who worked at podzemyony works and in especially harmful and heavy usloyoviya of work (miners, metallurgists, chemists, etc.) according to the No. List of 1 productions, works, professions, positions and indicators – the insurance experience of these persons will increase in addition for one year for each full year of work.
