On September 26, 2007 on a vegetable-bakhchevoy of station the meeting of landowners of the Simferopol area took place. On it questions of readiness of the area to the forthcoming autumn sowing were considered.
Questions of the forthcoming autumn sowing campaign were discussed at meeting of landowners of the Simferopol area which took place on September 26 this year on the basis of the Crimean experimental station of vegetable growing and bakhchevy cultures.
Very hot and dry weather of the left summer introduced the amendments in preseeding preparation of the soil. It was necessary to reconsider terms of sowing, norm of seeding of seeds and depth of their seal, application of fertilizers.
With an opening speech the head of department of the Agrarian Party of Russia of Century of N of Zakalichny made a speech at meeting. With great attention participants of meeting heard reports of scientific YuF of the NAU Crimean agrotechnological university of S. V. Lykov, A.A.Gapiyenko, I.N.Sharmagy invited to meeting. Scientists answered numerous burning issues which arise in practical work of agriculturists, business owners and farmers.
The message on security of farms with a seed material of high reproductions of the zoned and perspective grades was made by the chief of regional state seed inspection T.Yu.Mayorova.
In an initial stage of growth the station-master of protection of plants I.V.Artemyev devoted to questions of protection of seeds and plants the performance.
The director of experimental station of vegetable growing I.V.Hrapaty in the performance reported that recently the group of scientists successfully works over creation of new highly productive grades of vegetable cultures, started to be engaged seriously in production of seeds, sprouts cultivation including for sale to the population. He called present to cooperation with station in development of branch of vegetable growing.
The meeting passed at high professional level with big advantage for participants.
