That if building of objects of the social sphere was made at the expense of own means of agricultural enterprises, the suffered expenses are compensated from the government budget of Ukraine.

According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine About priority of social development of the village and agro-industrial complex in a national economy from 17.10.1990 of No. 400-X11 in case building of objects of the social sphere was made at the expense of own means of agricultural enterprises, the suffered expenses are compensated from the Government budget of Ukraine.
The ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea annually prepares and sends the summary certificate of volumes of own means which have been actually spent by agricultural enterprises for building of objects of the social sphere of the village to the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine. Because since 1999 compensation of expenses wasn’t made, agricultural enterprises sharply reduced an investment of own means in building of objects of a social infrastructure. So, in 2007 according to regions of an expense made 6,0 thousand UAH.
