Article shines the Presidential decree of Ukraine from 19.09.08 of No. 725/2008 about modification concerning establishment of the minimum size of a payment for rent of lands of agricultural purpose and ground shares from 1,5 % to 3 %. The comment on need of introduction of this norm in operating the lease contract is given.
About URGENT MEASURES FOR PROTECTION of OWNERS of the LAND LOTS AND GROUND SHARES (SHARES)

Came into force from 01.09.08 roubles.
With a view of strengthening of protection of an ownership right grazhdan on the earth, creating an enabling environment for effective managing on it, formations of continuous land use, improvement of system of a land assessment and density of land use I DECIDE:
1. In article 1 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine from February 2, 2002 of No. 92 About additional measures for sotsiyoalny protection of peasants – owners of the land lots and ground shares (shares) (with the changes brought by the Decree from September 13, 2002 of No. 830) of a word and figure of not less than 1,5 percent
to replace with words and figure at a rate of not less than 3 percent.
2. To cabinet council of Ukraine to bring the normative legal acts into accord with the nayostoyashchy Decree and to make the decisions following from the present Decree.
3. The present Decree comes into force from the date of its opubliyokovaniye.
