What size of a salary? Size it I will not call, and I will give sufficient argument. For March 10 of this year we had 152 workers, for May 29 – 230. To work is for what. (Not on age old, and on period of operation in "Ukraine") it was necessary to dismiss some old workers: two drivers and electrical engineer. There is no time to drink and to idle. We were given chance to rise from knees and to become a highly profitable economy. Who it understands, that our ally, with that we will work.
As already spoke, the salary goes from combine. And that ourselves earn, plus its grant, will be enclosed in production development. Example. It is necessary raskorchevat 360 hectares of gardens and vineyards. Some sites are written off about 15 years ago, but there were no means that raskorchevat and to enter into a crop rotation the released area. Now we conduct a raskorchevka, we prepare sites for a laying of new long-term plantings. The management of the Mariupol iron and steel works puts business so that all main taxes and payments remain in the budget of our area. I consider that the Agroshop No. 66 this year becomes the main byudzhetoobrazuyushchy subject in the Yarkopolensky Village Soviet and quite large in the area. Considering that at us everything is transparent, all workers are issued as it is necessary ("snowdrops" isn’t present and can’t be!) receipts in budgets of the area and the Village Soviet will be considerable. It includes many points, but I will call only some. Koldogovor provides working as overalls, holidays at which the worker receives not less than 65 % of the salary in addition, but no more than two times a year; providing with firm fuel – 2,5 tons of coal for a cost half working and is free – that who finished at the enterprise to a retirement on age, loading and delivery – too is free; rendering of financial support is long to ill workers and at a retirement, including on disability; the combine pays to mothers on 150 hryvnias a month while to the child year won’t be executed. The trade-union committee gives working permits free and partially paid in rest houses, sanatoria and boarding houses.
I will note that nashemupansionatu "Ukraine" and to children’s camp "Alye parusa" too are allocated monetary and appliances for preparation for a summer season. Members of our labor collective and children of our workers in it will have a rest.
