In the conditions of increase of consumer prices of the goods and services since March, 2003 the protective mechanism from inflation according to the Law of Ukraine About an inyodeksatsiya of the monetary income of the population (new edition from 06.02.03 of No. 491-IV) is entered. An order of carrying out such indexation Ministyorov Ukrainy from 17.07.03 of No. 1078 (with changes) is confirmed by the Office resolution.
Indexations are subject the monetary income of citizens, koyotory are received in grivnyax in the territory of Ukraine and don’t carry single character: salary, pensions, grants, etc.
In particular, indexation of a salary is carried out within the subsistence minimum established for able-bodied persons, and pension indexation – within a subsistence minimum for the persons which have lost work capacity.
According to Order item 9 working pensioneram the compensation sum first of all is indexed. Indexation of pension is carried out after indexation of the sum of compensation on the basis of the reference of the enterprise, establishment, the organization where the pensioner works.
In all cases the total income the working penyosioner who is subject to indexation, shouldn’t exceed the subsistence minimum established for the able-bodied person.
At the same time we report that according to Poyoryadk’s item 5 in case of increase of the monetary income of the population, in particular increases of pension, a salary, a soyotsialny grant, etc., month in which there was an increase, is considered base at consumer price index calculation for income indexation. Indexation of the monetary income received by citizens for this month, isn’t carried out. From next month calculation by an accruing result of a consumer price index for carrying out further indexation is carried out.
In case of approach of the right to indexation of the monetary income according to the current legislation of the sum of indexation are charged and paid ezheyomesyachno at the same time with payment of the income.
