The prices for milk, KRS meat, pigs are given in this publication and the birds, developed in autonomy agricultural enterprises, and also the amount of financial support of the state for 1 kg of live weight of young growth of KRS, pigs and a bird.
For 2006 all categories of farms of the republic made 336,5 thousand
For 2006 all categories of farms of the republic proizvedeno336,5 one thousand tons of milk, from them 293,1 thousand tons or 87 % population farms. At the same time agricultural enterprises, including farmer, give only 13 % to total amount of the made milk. Therefore to ignore sector of the small-scale producer it is impossible.
However production of country farms and small-scale farms doesn’t meet modern requirements of production of live stock products. To receive milk of the premium there should be an appropriate technology of its production: machine milking with manipulators, molokoprovod, filtering and milk cooling. It technologically and economically probably only on big farms. The milk received on small-scale farms and in family country households, doesn’t answer standards of the highest and first grade because of its technological features.
Cost of milk is in direct dependence on quality of handed-over milk. In the republic only agricultural enterprises of the Simferopol, Saksky, Krasnogvardeysky areas hand over premium milk. Agricultural enterprises of other areas generally hand over Ii IIsortom milk. – Milk from the population is accepted by IIsortom and not the high-quality. Krupnotovarnye producers, such as JSC Partizan of the Simferopol area, SOOO Friendship of the people of the Krasnogvardeysky area, UO PPZ of Frunze NAU, JSC Krymsky of the Saksky area sell dairy raw materials to suppliers at the price from 1,60 to 1,80 UAH for 1 liter. Milk from the population at the price of 1,00 – 1,20 UAH for 1 liter. The Realizatsionny price of 1 liter of milk in the markets 2,50 – 3,00 UAH. As we see, the difference between the purchase and realizatsionny prices makes 200-300 %. Average purchase price of 1 liter of milk (without the VAT) on the processing enterprises of the republic – makes 1,20 UAH.
However with approach of spring the molokopererabatyvayushchy enterprises start to reduce the prices for bought milk, by July-August it reaches 50-70 kop for liter. So following the results of 2006 (according to operative data) the minimum cost of milk (with the VAT) made in January of 1152 UAH for 1 ton, April – 700 UAH, and in May of 500 UAH. The price arrangement of the molokopererabatyvayushchy enterprises and the population practically doesn’t exist. – Molokopererabatyvayushchiye the enterprises if sign the contract, as a rule, don’t specify the price of bought milk.
It is necessary for producers to plan otely for winter months that promotes increase in gross production of milk and gives the chance receiving higher price for the handed-over milk.
The same situation and in meat realization. According to operative data level of purchase prices of beef (in live weight) fluctuates from 4,5 to 6,5 UAH for 1 kg, pork from 5,5 to 6,5 UAH for 1 kg. The Realizatsionny price in the markets in 4-5 times more, in a prize there are intermediaries.
Participation of intermediary structures is necessary for minimizing, as their "nakrutka" in the price turn many food for krymchan into inadmissible luxury, and in most cases anybody even doesn’t remember sanitary control. There is it because of a lack of places of acceptance of cattle-breeding production from the population. The producer who has no place to hand over the production suffers from it, first of all. And the secondhand dealer who dictates the prices for milk and meat when purchasing production at the population wins again.
Over the last 5 years from the Government budget of Ukraine subsidized funds for delivery of vysokonditsionny young growth of cattle, pigs, hens broilers, ducklings, gooses, turkey-cocks were allocated.
In 2006 the resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from March 2, 2006 of No. 243 Questions of use of means of the government budget behind some budgetary programs in the sphere of agro-industrial complex provided the following financial supports in the size (for 1 kg of live weight):
– cattle young growth – 1 hryvnia of 40 kopeks;
– pigs (except for sows and male pigs) – 1 1 hryvnia of 5 kopeks;
– hens broilers, gooses, ducklings, turkey-cocks – 45 kopeks.
In an autonomy and birds are engaged in a face and processing of agricultural animals of 29 lethal certificated lethal points which generally work at processing of own raw materials.
As a result, agricultural producers of all forms of ownership are deprived of receiving possibility from the Government budget of Ukraine of surcharges for the vysokonditsionny cattle sold for processing and a bird.
It is necessary for chairmen of regional public administrations, heads of veterinary service of areas to promote creating an enabling environment for the Crimean agricultural producers on realization of cattle, pigs on a face and the subsequent processing and most to involve the population in delivery of vysokonditsionny young growth of cattle, pigs only on the certificated lethal points for complete use of subsidized means.
