The program of state support of restoration of fertility of the soil in 1-2 years should become dominating for agro-industrial complex (agrarian and industrial complex). The minister of an agrarian policy Yury Melnik reported about it, transfers .
He noted that thus the government intends to stimulate carrying out by landowners of works on improvement of quality of the soil – plastering, introduction of organic fertilizers, so-called chemical land improvement.
According to the minister, in 2008 100 million UAH will be allocated for financing of the specified program from the state budget. It not so is a lot of. But I consider that we should not only to fight prohibitive measures for preservation of fertility of soils, containing growth of cultivated areas of a sunflower. We also should stimulate landowners, and this program in 1-2 years should become dominating – the Miller told.

In gardens and on vineyards of the Crimea works on chemical protection of long-term cultures from wreckers and diseases are conducted. 218,2 thousand hectares are processed.
Vegetative waterings are carried out on the area of 9975 hectares, including gardens – 6250 hectares and vineyards – 3725 hectares.

At the expense of subventions from the State budget of Ukraine in 2008 is provided to direct on social and economic development of the Autonomous Republic Crimea – 51,76 million UAH. As of 26.06.2008 building of objects it is financed for the sum of 18,15 million UAH or for 35 % from annual volume. The objects which are under construction in the rural zone are financed for the sum of 11,85 million UAH or for 42,6 % from annual volume.
