Many problems appeared in area villages after reorganization of agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine. Those settlements where large-scale enterprises broke up especially suffered, and on their place small agroformations and farms were formed. In these villages, as a rule, a considerable level of unemployment, low level of utilities and medical attendance, in a shelter questions sockultbyta.
Bypassed "winds of change" and villages of the Voskhodnensky Village Soviet in which territory there was economically powerful economy – collective farm "Russia". Social development here once was one of the most important activities of collective of this economy. Now on local lands formed 15 small agroformations and to 40 farms. Many of objects of a social infrastructure are thrown, others became unfit for use. Despite efforts of the management of the Village Soviet and its chairman, situation remains difficult as the taxes arriving in the local budget from shattered agricultural producers very few, and it doesn’t allow to solve effectively the vital questions for the population.
Absolutely other situation in villages of the Petrovsky Village Soviet in which territory there was a state farm Friendship of the people.
Once two called Village Soviets and the farms located in their territory, competed for the best achievements, both in production, and in social spheres. Villages of these two large-scale enterprises constantly equipped with modern conveniences.
Today, unfortunately, safely there live people only in villages of the Petrovsky Village Soviet. And only because here managed not only to keep, but, with arrival of the large investor, and successfully to develop agricultural production. Household questions are solved here both social, and cultural, and.
In the territory of the Petrovsky Village Soviet the agrarian and industrial complexes large enterprises are located: SOOO Friendship of the people, JSC Druzhba narodov Nova and JSC Krymskaya fruktovaya kompaniya entering into holding Mironovsky bakery. Heads of these enterprises skillfully conduct production and give considerable attention to problems of locals, understanding that to people normal conditions not only for work, but also for life should be created.
The zone of influence of the Petrovsky Village Soviet includes eight villages. And all of them perspective, in everyone good water supply and gasification. In Petrovka two schools I-Sh of steps of training operate. Four buses daily bring to them school students from nearby villages. For children the hot meals are organized. The youth comes back to the small homeland. Birth rate grows also. And here already the administration for the sake of turn elimination in kindergarten decided to restore two more preschool institutions.
In Palace of culture all conditions for worthy rest after day of work are created. In it the big auditorium on 700 places, on a scene of a palace the actors invited for concerts and creative collectives of an economy act. Last year on a visit at peasants singers Andrey Makarevich, Boris Grebenshchikov, Andrey Kuzmin, Vopl_ V_doplyasova and Zemlyane groups visited. In the spring of last year local creative collectives participated in competition In the power of dance.
The rural sports complex serves JSC Druzhba narodov Nova. In it 7 gyms, 2 swimming pools, water in which, according to the owners, the best in the Crimea because it passes special cleaning. The monthly subscription to the children’s pool costs 10 UAH, in sports sections – 5. Special pride of petrovets – local athletes and teams. In a hall at the stand photos of best of them are placed. On racks it is close from the won cups. The gym is perfectly equipped, sections of Greco-Roman wrestling and sports dances operate.
It is not enough today such safe villages and farms. Nowadays difficultly and expensively to develop both production, and social infrastructures. Here and to "druzhbinets" for arrangement of the earth, the organization of modern agricultural production and household life of fellows villager it was necessary to enclose some hundred millions hryvnias. It under force to only large-scale enterprises conducting economic agricultural production and involving investments.
