It is authorized to agrarian fund of Ukraine to realize in the current year grain from the state food reserve of 2006-2008.
The Resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine No. 62 testifies to it, signed by the Prime minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko on February 4, 2009.
So, in particular, grain realization from podrezerva should be carried out at the average prices of balance (fixing) which were created throughout the last three trading sessions at the Agrarian exchange and at the accredited commodity exchanges certificated by the Agrarian exchange, but the purchase prices taking into account the expenses connected with storage of grain are lower.

The bill provides introduction of legislative regulation of the market of production and biofuel consumption, creation of the effective and transparent mechanism of stimulation of production and biofuel consumption at appropriate control from the state.
Large-scale use of biofuel in Ukraine provides realization of mechanisms of the Kyoto Protocol ratified in Ukraine on reduction of emissions of CO2 to a vatmosfer.
The bill defined norms about responsibility for violation of the legislation in the sphere of production and biofuel consumption.
Besides, the norms concerning international cooperation in the sphere of production and consumption of biofuel are defined.
