The cabinet council of Ukraine included sunflower seeds in the list of objects of the state price regulation on 2008/09
The resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from November 26, 2008 of No. 1064 About addition of the list of objects of the state price regulation for 2008/09 marketing year entered state regulation of the prices for nedrobleny seeds of sunflower (UKT foreign trade activities code 1206 00 99 00). As it is noted in the document text, state regulation on nedrobleny seeds of sunflower is entered for the period from August 1, 2008 to July 31, 2009.
Introduction of a mode of the state price regulation is carried out by purchase or production realization by Agrarian fund of Ukraine for what the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine defines the size of the minimum and ceiling purchase prices.
