Article is devoted to the analysis of the created situation in agricultural production with equipment for processing of fields and kitchen gardens, preparation of forages by an animal and a bird. In it exit ways from a difficult economic situation in equipment acquisition are offered: manufacturing of agricultural cars and the equipment from old cars by own efforts. Article is intended for the people, aspiring to find a way out from the created situation in agricultural production.
EQUIPMENT FOR ITSELF BY OWN EFFORTS
In Ukraine, the countries of the near and far abroad the large quantity of the agricultural machinery, capable to satisfy the choosiest inquiries as summer resident, the truck farmer is issued, and than farmers a rank is higher – farmers, the collective enterprises, agrofirms, cooperatives etc. But to the farmer even average prosperity new domestic and foreign equipment not always on a pocket. This circumstance also induces many people to look for an exit from the created situation: from old spare parts, knots, units to make agricultural cars and the equipment for processing of fields and kitchen gardens.
The mixer for preparation of forages
On the estate of the rural dweller except a kitchen garden is also living creatures in the form of a bird, small and large animals. And the forage, and in considerable volume is constantly necessary to them. For preparation of compound feeds use absolutely simple, with own hand made means of mechanization. Grain pass through with own hand made kruporushka.
The barrel in diameter of 42 cm, in the length – 70 see can become a basis of the good mixer. On a lateral surface cut out an opening in the size of 220×270 mm, on rims of the bottoms (fig. 1) is welded by levels (2), is perpendicular to which in the center probes (3) which make a longitudinal axis of a barrel are welded. On the end of one of probes are made liski for the handle (7). The hatch is closed by a cover (10) on which perimeter the sealant (11) of porous rubber, foam rubber or felt is pasted. The cover is densely drawn by bolts with nuts-baranchikami (6). On an internal surface of a barrel it is necessary to weld strips in width of 60 mm perpendicular to barrel top so that when capsizing a mix strips (8) spread on each side, and strips (12) went to the hatch, facilitating unloading. The barrel on bearings (4) of polyethylene or an oak is established on the kozlovy basis of a design (5) welded from a corner of 25×25 mm. Cross-pieces of a goat on the one hand should be welded slightly above, and with another, on the contrary – below that on them to put an inclined tray (9) for unloading of finished product.
This mixer isn’t limited only to forage preparation for living creatures. It can be used and as manual rastvoro-and a concrete mixer. If the mixer doesn’t intend for solution but only for a formula-feed mix, to make it even simpler. Even scraps of boards of the corresponding length and for this purpose will approach thickness. From them it is necessary to bring down to two six – or an octahedron to sheathe them canvas or plywood, to pierce through a rod with previously bent handle and to fix somewhere under a canopy on the columns driven in the earth. Then to cut out from an old inner tube of a strip, to connect their ends and to clamp these collars (1) cover (fig. 2).
Manual cultivator
From a bicycle wheel, diameter of 500 mm with a factory axis it was decided to make a manual cultivator. Two scraps of a strip (fig. 1) by section 4, width 30 and length of 450 mm were for this purpose used. Since one end it is necessary to cut through grooves for fastening of a wheel and to turn in, as is shown in drawing. Then from a plate in thickness of 4 mm to cut out a club of 80×140 mm and to weld on it directing, and also a pipe of square section of 22x22x100 mm. On the left side to drill an opening in diameter of 10 mm and to weld there a nut in diameter of 10 mm. The bolt twisted in it regulates depth of weeding.
Of a pipe in diameter of 17 mm and length of 1469 mm to make two preparations shown on fig. 2. On the one hand to bend a pipe on 90 degrees for 160 mm from the end. A pipe to rivet and weld on directing strips. From the opposite side to weld a strut from a piece of a pipe of the same diameter (fig. 3).
The cutting device can be made of disks from a seeder. From one disk two segments of knifes which it is possible naostrit on turn out sharpened, and it is even better – to forge in a smithy. Then these two knifes to heat up a torch and to bend at an angle 90 degrees. From a rod of square section of 16×16 mm by means of a torch to bend a bracket (fig. 6). From an end face to cut through grooves for thickness of segments. Then, having exposed a cultivator out of the blue, handles to establish at breast level. Directing wheel to expose on height of 500 mm. Into a square pipe to insert a scrap of a rod of square section of 16x16x200 mm and to expose all this on a horizontal platform. It is possible to do cutting device to a different configuration. On a self-made cultivator it is possible to put also an okuchnik.
Tractor from … petrolsaws
The handyman with own hand made of the Sumy area for itself two tractors. On a kitchen garden and a household they at it, consider, all are able to do. With the units, which heart petrol engines of the UD-2M brand 1 are and UD-2,5, the teenage son easily operates.
At the same time with work on tractors it works and over electromower improvement. Aspires to force to mow it that it yet doesn’t mow – a high tall weeds and corn.
The tractor made by the handyman regularly serves not only to the owner, but also fellows villager. With approach of the next spring to 50 families put them a potato on the estates. With introduction in rural life of this tractor peasants started to put the second bread with such account that then weeding and an earthing up it was possible to carry out not a chopper, and mekhsredstvo.
Being the person conceiving, so, never calming down on already reached, the handyman diligent works recently over UD-25 motor modernization. Wants to increase its capacity.
