The substances which are a part of juice of a cranberry, are capable to protect a human body from bacterial infections and can replace in the future the antibiotics, becoming everything with less effective because of the increased medicinal stability of pathogenic bacteria.
During researches the group of scientists of Uorchester’s Polytechnical institute of the USA under the direction of professor Terry Kamesano came to a conclusion that cranberries of substance containing in juice tannins alter structure of shoots of a cellular membrane of pathogenic microorganisms, reduce their viability and complicate introduction in a fabric of the struck organism.
