In this publication the offer of KM of Ukraine in which the bill offers to define borders of administrative-territorial education accurately is stated.
The cabinet council suggests the Verkhovna Rada to settle the ground relations.
About it it is told in the bill No. 1020 About modification of article 176 of the Land code of Ukraine, registered in Rada on May 30.
The bill offers to define accurately data which will be brought in the state act on borders of administrative-territorial education.
In particular, the project offers to bring the following data in the state act: the name of administrative-territorial education, its area, decision-making date about establishment of borders of administrative-territorial education.
Authors of the bill suggest to attach to the state act on borders administrative-territorial to education the cadastral plan and a topographic map on which borders of territorial education are put, and also the next territorial educations are designated.
As it was reported, the State committee on ground resources intended to finish issue of the state acts on an ownership right on the earth of agricultural purpose till April 1, 2006. As of January 1, 2006 83,5 % of the state acts are given out.
In total it is planned to give out about 7 million state acts on the earth.
Cost of registration of the state act - 85 hryvnias, a personal plot - 150 hryvnias.
In Ukraine 41,8 million hectares (69,3 % of the territory) are made by farmlands, in particular a plowed land - 33 million hectares.
