Alternative to fodder antibiotics

In article the harm caused by fodder antibiotics is described. The alternative is right there offered them – a probiotics.

Now in front of Ukraine there is a topical issue of the accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). In new conditions the Ukrainian producer should maintain the rigid competition to the western companies in the market.

Serious crisis in industrial production and animal husbandry of the USA and EU countries caused the law on prohibition of application of fodder antibiotics that was caused by emergence of microorganisms steady against them, and also danger of their transfer through products (meat, milk, eggs etc.).

Today for many Ukrainian producers any more a secret that further application of fodder antibiotics is a road to nowhere, i.e. it is continuous search and introduction of new "superantibiotics" for suppression of new "supersteady" microorganisms.

On an accession to WTO threshold we should play by the general rules and we have time for approbation and adoption of the correct decision. In world practice there are some groups of the preparations alternative to fodder antibiotics.

1. Podkisliteli and canned food on the basis of organic acids;

2. Phytoextracts and essential oils;

3. Probiotics.

It is necessary to stop on the main distinctive properties of probiotics in relation to actions of preparations of other families or groups.

Probiotics is live cultures of microorganisms which not only force out pathogenic microflora, but also takes active part in organism activity.

Live cultures of bacteria of probiotics occupy ZhKT of animals and a bird, allocate antimicrobic substances; produce organic acids and reduce RN, synthesize various enzymes (amilaza, glyukonaza, a protease etc.), enrich Wednesday with amino acids, fat acids, a complex of group of vitamin B, components promoting improvement of comprehensibility of forages and efficiency of animals and a bird.

Important distinctive ability of probiotics is strongly pronounced positive influence on all links of humoral and cellular immunity and increase of the general resistance (stability) of animals and a bird.

Wide application in industrial poultry farming a domestic probiotic of production of JSC SPH "Field" (Saksky biofactory) Monosporin of the personal computer, and also a fermental and pro-biotic preparation "Batsell" – modern development of the Russian scientists is offered to attention of readers already known and found.

Application, with a view of replacement and replacement of pathogenic microorganisms, probiotics Monosporin of the personal computer and Laktin To in a complex, for 5-8 days became one of widely used schemes. However in farms constantly there is a danger of entering of pathogenic microflora through forages, water, a laying and of river.

Supporting preventive therapy which can be carried out by means of daily input to forages of a fermental and pro-biotic preparation "Batsell" possessing also strongly pronounced anti-fungoid action is for this purpose necessary.

So in 18-20 hours after input in "Batsell’s" forages at storage temperature 20-350C. The quantity of mushrooms decreases in 6-8 times; at storage temperature ot10 to 150S – in 3-5 times. "Batsell’s" application allows to reduce or exclude other enzymes from a diet and have pro-biotic, preibiotichesky and immunomodulating effect.

In recent years the high density of virus diseases, including such as chicken flu, causes of application of preparations raising resistance of an organism. After probiotic introduction for 7-8 day high level of the general antibodies of IgAi IgM which started to decrease only for the 70th day of experiment was noted.

Joint application of a probiotic Monosporin and a fermental and pro-biotic preparation "Batsell" showed to the personal computer their sinergizm of action both on zootechnical, and on economic indicators.

In October, 2005 (Borka’s item the Kharkov Region) were carried out to laboratories of physiology and feeding of Institute of poultry farming of UAAN research works on definition of influence of biosimulators on forage conversion at broilers. Action of preparations Monosporin + "Batsell" was compared by the personal computer to action of the preparations of a phytogenesis most widespread in Europe.

Experience was carried out at poultry farming Institute. From daily broilers of cross-country of Kobb-500 the method of casual selection created three groups up to 50 heads in everyone. Maintenance of chickens the floor. Parameters of a microclimate and lighting it was maintained within norms ONPT-89. Feeding of a bird was carried out by dry polnoratsionny compound feed according to norms of SP of UAAN (2005). Chickens of skilled groups received additives of preparations according to the scheme:

The note – * Vaccination of chickens was carried out according to such scheme: an inoculation against Gamboro’s illness – on 12 and the 24th day, against infectious bronchitis of hens and an illness of Newcastle – for 19 days.

During experience considered live mass of chickens – at daily age and further – weekly by individual weighing; forage potrebleniye – daily; safety of a livestock throughout experience, an expense – a settlement way. Materials of researches are statistically processed.

Conclusions and table of comparative characteristics

Conclusions.

1. Joint application Monosporin the personal computer and "Batsella" in feeding of broilers causes increase of conversion of a forage and intensity of growth of chickens: the daily average gain increases for 12 %, and costs of a forage of unit of a gain decrease for 13,0 %.

2. Application at cultivation of broilers of a foreign preparation on the basis of vegetative raw materials promotes increase of a gain of live weight of broilers for 7,9 % at decrease in expenses of forages on 1 kg of a gain for 6,8 %.

3. Use of probiotics Monosporin together with "Batsell" provides with the personal computer economic effect of 997,0 UAH, and a preparation on the basis of vegetative raw materials – 178,0 UAH counting on 1000 broilers.
