In article information of scientific and technical progress is provided in the Krasnogvardeysky area.
Scientific and technical progress in agrarian sector is possible under condition of updating of material base, introduction in action new and reconstruction of existing capacities. Today on the village the production deindustrilizatsiya is observed. The Fondoosnashchennost of one hectare of agricultural holdings of the Ukrainian village in 13 last years decreased in 8,5, and a work fondovooruzhennost – in 6 times.
Isn’t an exception and our Krasnogvardeysky area. Only with arrival to the region of investors, with the general growth of economy of agricultural enterprise began to acquire high-efficiency equipment and qualitatively to carry out agrotechnical works. Along with it agricultural enterprises became more active to cooperate with a science. At heads and specialists of agricultural enterprises of the area interest to the various innovations directed on increase of efficiency of agricultural production increased. For example, in COOO Friendship of the people, SPK "Bolshevik", JV Oktyabrskoye, JSC Ptitsekompleks software, Agroshop No. 49 and No. 55, some other agroformations.
The regional management of agroindustrial development and information and consulting service extend scientific development, generalize the best practices. I think that it would be desirable to have scientific and technical councils in agricultural enterprises. Heads of production divisions, experts and the best production workers of mass professions not alien to rationalization and innovations can enter into them. These people should become conductors in development of recommendations about introduction of novelties of equipment and scientific development, and also the best forms of managing and rationalization. Certainly that such council will be and at regional level which becomes the coordinating center for introduction of the new, advanced area in agrarian sector.
The past year became more productive on application of scientific development. In production scientific development of the Crimean institute of agroindustrial production was introduced: in the Pilot farm of institute, in SPK "Bolshevik", Elita agrofirm, Agrocexe No. 49 of JSC MMK im. Ilyicha, ChSP "Demetra", JSC Boris-agro, JV Oktyabrskoye, SOOO "Karpovka".
Scientific development was carried out on primary branches of agricultural production: to agriculture, field husbandry, mechanization, kormoproizvodstvo, seed farming, protection of plants.
Besides, the institute carries out scientific providing branches of agricultural production by means of holding of conferences, meetings, consultations, training of experts of farms and farmers.
Considerable work is carried out by NPO Selta. Biopreservatives of NPO Selta were used for siloing of green material in the Pilot farm of KI APP and JSC MMK im. Ilyicha agroshop No. 49. For the Pilot farm of APP NPO Selta carries out analyses on the maintenance of protein and fat in milk.
JSC Krymskaya fruktovaya kompaniya, using technology of storage of the fresh fruit, the developed Crimean experimental station of gardening, achieved big safety of fruits. Biological products of the Southern branch of Institute of agricultural microbiology last year helped to grow up a good and qualitative harvest of a soya in JV Oktyabrskoye, SOOO Friendship of the people, JSC MMK im. Ilyicha Agroshop No. 55.
With the assistance of the Crimean branch of Institute of hydraulic engineering and land improvement, Management of a water management of the area the joint Ukrainian-Dutch project concerning integrated water resources management, and also the program on creation of water economic associations and investments is developed.
Certainly, present introduction of scientific and technical progress by updating of equipment and application of scientific development looks poor in comparison with the same actions of twenty years’ prescription. Then annual updating of equipment was up to standard of 8-10 %, and contracts on scientific programs on solid sums of money and almost with all agricultural enterprises. Now there is no money therefore isn’t present former razmaxov and results. But pleases already that motions in cooperation with a science began and the high-efficiency equipment comes to fields.
