The solution of a supercomplex challenge – to receive to (make) in 2007 of 120 thousand tons of grain, effective use of weather conditions for successful carrying out spring and field works, search of ways of overcoming of serious financial squeezes and need of joint efforts of agricultural producers and the state – such is a keynote of the meeting which have passed on February 10 of this year of farmers of the May Day area in which heads of leading SPK, farmers and other producers of grain participated in the area.
Meeting the deputy head of the district state administration A.A.Tipp who has paid attention to need of active carrying out spring and field works opened, consolidation of all agricultural forces solving a problem of production of grain.
The problem of the organized carrying out spring sowing is nominated to the forefront grain – A.A.Tipp told.
SPK is necessary to sow 4,5 thousand hectares, to farmers – 2 thousand hectares, to other producers of grain – about 2 thousand hectares. For this purpose it is necessary to use as much as possible weather conditions, possibilities for acquisition of fuel and attraction of equipment for works.
Those who feels need for acquisition of seeds, are able to do it in SPK "Georgia", JSC AF "Dawn", JSC Agrotekhnologiya, state farm plant of May 1, MChSP "Kresilod" having enough of a seed material and ready to sell surpluses at contractual price.
It is necessary to use effectively time for top dressing winter, pest control and diseases of grain crops, preparations of pump stations and channels for an irrigation season, and also trainings of experts.
At meeting the accurate monitoring system behind a course of affairs in the agricultural production, assuming weekly summarizing, the operative solution of arising problems was offered.
V.A.Mironyuk actively participated in discussion of objectives, the acting as the chief an agronomrazvitiya, the director of state farm plant of May 1 of Accusative of Harchenko, farmer Yu.G.Zholudenko, heads of SPK I.A. Gayster and A.N.Tsygulev, head of department of ground resources V.I.Murzenko.
During discussion a number of wishes and recommendations was stated. In particular, the head MCHSPK P. S. Kravchenko paid attention of his participants to need of the differentiated approach to carrying out top dressing winter and taking into account that many crops in the area are placed on pairs and norms of top dressing are necessary for changing. It is necessary to consider danger of possible frosts and unpredictability of weather conditions which can nullify results of top dressing.
Participants of meeting were excited by observance by the state of guarantees to farmers on granting the short-term credits, need of simplification of system and availability of bank crediting.
Sounded many opinions on that, the grant for made production well will receive now when means for performance of spring field works are very necessary to farms. The offer was stated, to introduce system of the purchase prices guaranteed by the state.
