About MODIFICATION OF USE ORDER In 2008 of the MEANS PROVIDED IN the GOVERNMENT BUDGET FOR DEVELOPMENT of ANIMAL HUSBANDRY
The cabinet council of Ukraine the resolution from 18.06.08 of No. 575 made changes to use order in 2008 of the means provided in the government budget for development of animal husbandry.
Came into force since 04.07.08.
Use order in 2008 of the means provided in the government budget for a razyovitiya of animal husbandry, is approved by the resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from March 1, 2007 of No. 348 the resolution from February 27, 2008 of No. 121 were changes which are printed in the Agromir No. 13 newspaper from April 1, 2008 are made.
We bring to your attention of change which are brought in use order in 2008 of the means provided in the government budget for development of animal husbandry, the resolution KMU from 18.06.08 of No. 575
1. In the paragraph of 2 words first point (except the budgetary establishments) to replace with words (including to their strukyoturny divisions which are carrying out activity on production of animal husbandry).

The special grant for a livestock the telok, bought from the population from January 1 of the current year to June 30 and on November 30 the current year for replenishment of the main herd, is provided to agricultural enterprises which got at the population for input in the main herd a telok, identified not breeding productive animals received from a uterine livestock at the population by application of artificial insemination by sperm of manufacturing bulls or by natural pairing with bulls, doyopushchenny to use according to the Catalogue of bulls of dairy, dairy and meat and meat breeds, and the animals identified and included in the Register, at a rate of no more than 5 hryvnias for one kg of live weight (further – the grant for pogolove a telok).

Comment of the expert
DATING OF ANIMAL HUSBANDRY WILL IMPROVE
Having made changes to the Order of obtaining budgetary funds for development of this branch of agricultural industry Ministry pleased the cattle-breeding enterprises. Let’s stop on them in more detail.
1. The right to budgetary funds is provided to also research farms and the highest agrarian educational institutions which are the budgetary establishments and incorporate the structural divisions which are engaged in production of animal husbandry. Earlier they were deprived of such possibility.
2. The minimum weight of KRS for the individuals, wishing to receive the grant for the grown-up and proyodanny cattle is reduced. So, the minimum weight of cattle for which the grant can be paid to them, makes 330 kg (earlier – 390 kg). For agricultural enterprises this indicator remained the same – 390 kg.
3. Will pay the special grant for a gain of a livestock of cows now twice a year: not only as of November 1, but also for July 1 of the current year.
For obtaining this grant of agricultural enterprise at which the livestock of cows for July 1 increased on a sravneyoniya with data for January 1, 2008, should submit till July 2 to regional managements of agroindustrial development of a copy of the documents listed in item 20 of the Order. The same at whom the livestock grew as of November 1, it is necessary to present documents till November 2 of the current year.
4. Two times a year will be allocated also the grant for a livestock a telok, bought from the population for replenishment of osnovyony herd since January 1: as of June 30 and on November 30. To receive this grant for a telok, bought till June 30, it is necessary to submit documents till July 5, and for acquired till November 30 – respectively till December 5.
