In 9 months (January-September) of the current year in all categories of farms in comparison with the similar period of 2007 production of milk increased by 4,7 thousand tons (for 1,8 %), meat – on 9 thousand tons (6,7 %), eggs – on 67 million pieces (14,5 %), wool – on 187 tons (20,7 %).
At the same time, in a number of areas decrease in production of animal husbandry is allowed. It was reduced in all categories of farms of the Dzhankoysky area – by 4,3 %, Simferopol – for 2,2 % and in the Black Sea area – for 1,2 %, meat in the Razdolnensky area is made for 5,4 %, and in Dzhankoysky – for 2,2 % there is less than wool – in the Nizhnegorsky area clipped for 4,7 % less.
As of October 1, 2008 in comparison with the similar period of last year in all categories of farms of the Krasnogvardeysky area number of a number of cattle it was reduced by 14,1 %, in the Simferopol area – for 8,6 %, Black Sea – for 3,1 %, Dzhankoysky – for 2,1 %, Saksky – for 2 % and Razdolnensky – for 1,9 %; including, number of cows in the Simferopol area was reduced by 9,1 %, in Black Sea and Razdolnensky in everyone, from them – for 3,4 %, in Bakhchsarai – for 3,3 %, Dzhankoysky – for 3,1 %. The livestock of pigs in the Belogorsky area was reduced by 18,7 %, Nizhnegorsky – for 17,2 %, Dzhankoysky – for 16,1 %, Krasnoperekopsky – for 12,6 %, Razdolnensky – for 8,1 %, Saksky – for 5,5 %, Kirovsk – for 5,2 %, Black Sea – for 4,8 %.
Difficult there is a situation in dairy cattle breeding, especially in agricultural enterprises. For January-September, 2008 reduced production molokav agricultural enterprises Black Sea – by 42,6 %, Belogorsky – for 42,1 %, Soviet – for 27,1 %, Dzhankoysky – for 21 %, Lenin – for 19 %, Saksky – for 15,0 %, Nizhnegorsky – for 14,4 %, Simferopol – for 13,4 %, Razdolnensky – for 9,3 %.
Cattle and bird realization in live weight in nine months 2008 in agricultural enterprises of the republic decreased in comparison with the similar period of last year: in the Razdolnensky area for 70,7 %, Belogorsky – for 23,1 %, Kirovsk – for 13,2 %, Pervomaisk – for 11,3 %, Leninsk – for 10,4 %, Dzhankoysky – for 4,3 %, Simferopol – for 3,7 %.
It is necessary to note that allocated for payment for high standard of cattle funds accustom poorly. In Leninsk the area in 8 months 2008 it is mastered only 0,1 % from the finished limit, in Soviet – 6,3 %, in Belogorsky – 11,7 %, in Kirovsk – 11,7 %, in Nizhnegorsky – 16,3 %, in Razdolnensky – 21,0 % and in the Black Sea area – 24,2 %.
Until the end of the year there were three months. The task of all regional public administrations to speed up work on the maximum development allocated of the government budget of Ukraine on payment for high standard of cattle of means.
About preparation of forages
Favorable weather conditions of 2008 allow to carry out preparation of forages for animals in full. As of October 1, 2008 by all categories of farms of the Autonomous Republic Crimea it is prepared: hay – 498,8 thousand t that makes to a forecast of 114,4 %, senazha – 86,4 thousand t (123,4 % to a forecast), a silo – 75,6 thousand t (41,6 % to a forecast). Senazha it is less, than it was predicted it is prepared in the Nizhnegorsky area – 27,8 %, a silo in the Soviet area – 38,9 %, in Dzhankoysky – 41,3 %, Saksky – 87,1 %.
It is necessary to note that in such areas as Bakhchsarai, Belogorsky, Krasnoperekopsky and Lenin preparation volumes senazha and a silo aren’t planned.
About identification of agricultural animals
Summing up work on cattle identification since the beginning of 2008, it is necessary to note that the plan of nine months as a whole across the Crimea as of October 1 is executed for 65,4 %. The most low interest of implementation of the plan in such areas, as May Day – 31,4 %, Lenin – 39,0 %, Razdolnensky – 46,2 %, Nizhnegorsky – 47,0 %, Black Sea – 49,0 %.
The plan of identification of cattle in subjects of managing is executed for 96,2 %, and in population farms - only for 44,8 %. The lowest indicators in Pervomaisk the area – 20,2 %, Krasnogvardeysky – 23,0 %, Razdolnensky – 38,5 %.
In implementation of plans on village councils within areas essential distinction also is observed.

For activization of work on identification of animals by Council of ministers of the Autonomous Republic Crimea the resolution from September 2, 2008 of No. 463 About rates of identification of cattle in the territory of the Autonomous Republic Crimea was accepted. According to the resolution, regional public administrations in the Autonomous Republic Crimea it is necessary to consider implementation of plans of identification and to stir up activities of the working groups for monitoring implementation behind observance of normative legal acts of identification of animals. In AR Crimea it is recommended to head department of veterinary medicine to take the measures excluding moving and a pasture of not identified cattle and sheep, and also realization of production received from them.
We pay attention to inadmissibility of moving of not identified cattle and realization of production received from such animals. There are cases when suppliers buy not identified cattle and find places of realization of production, thus don’t demand from owners of animal identification documents and don’t address for veterinary accompanying documents to experts of veterinary medicine. Not everywhere milk preparation taking into account requirements of system of identification is carried out. Work on identification and in connection with production realization in the spontaneous markets becomes complicated.
Now in each area specialists of Agency made lists of the animals which owners refuse to carry out identification. Experts of veterinary medicine, according to the made lists, take administrative measures to owners of these animals, for the purpose of unconditional implementation of Art. 15 of item 2; item 6 and Art. 37 of item 6 of the Law of Ukraine About veterinary medicine which provides complete carrying out identification of animals them owners and control of observance of requirements of system of identification.
The ministry continues to trace a situation in animal husbandry and to take measures for its stabilization.
