– toxic elements: lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, copper, zinc, iron, tin;

Tests of agricultural products arrive to the employees of laboratory having a wide experience of work on modern techniques of determination of quality of production.

- How you think, whether quality of agricultural and food production when norms of the WTO already finally will start to be carried out will improve?

- Certainly. First, standards on production and test methods are harmonized with the international norms of quality and safety. Secondly, the integral requirements for trading enterprise in the international market is the control system existing at it of quality. To this level the goods and services in domestic market will be tightened. Uupravleniye quality includes two interconnected aspects – interests of the enterprise and need of the consumer. Producers should prepare already today for toughening of control of quality of production, the most strict observance of the production technology, regular increase of fertility of soils morally.

- In what uniqueness of laboratory of quality?

- In the Crimea there are no laboratories, except SES and Gosstandart which would investigate food production. Besides cost of services of our laboratory is twice lower. Now we do also analyses of forages, depending on quality indicators, the manufacturer them can regulate the price for let-out production.
