In Ukraine there is a technology of a prigotavlivaniye of forages for pigs and krs which can compete to technologies of the countries of the WTO

In article advantages new kormoagregatov series AKGSM of "Mry" for preparation of homogeneous fodder suspensions from a mix grain for otkorma pigs, calfs and cattle are described. The technology exceeds world level, reduces product cost that is expedient at the accession of Ukraine to the WTO.

Novelty

What already to speak - we entered the World Trade Organization (WTO). There are two ways which give ability  to survive and prosper to agrarian sector,  namely to animal husbandry of Ukraine in this organization.

The first way is subsidized.  The second way is an exit to the new technologies, the new modern equipment which improves quality of production and reduces its prime cost, and this way the most true.

Scientists of Ukraine developed one of the best technologies of a prigotavlivaniye of homogeneous fodder suspension (g.k.s) from a mix grain for otkorma pigs, calfs and cattle which exceeds world level that is expedient at the accession of Ukraine to the WTO as reduces product cost.

The difference of technologies is that the West prepares g.k.s. from a mix previously crushed grain, i.e. the concentrated balanced forages, receiving thus positive results at level of 10-15 % of increase of a daily average gain of live weight of pigs and calfs  and for 10 % of increase having bothered milk at cows, having thus additional costs of crushing grain, on mixing and heating, and also additional costs of the electric power and transport which considerably influence product cost.

Power economic kormoprigotovitelny units AKGSM of "Mry" developed in Ukraine, in capacity 100, 200, 1000, 3000 kg/hours, process the balanced grain mix, i.e. whole grain in homogeneous fodder suspension.

On a design of units we receive the fermented forage which gives in 2 times above indicators unlike foreign analogs. Units unite in themselves 4 technological operations which carry out at the same time crushing grain, careful hashing, heating, delivery of a forage under the pressure of 2-3 atm. one electric motor, which capacity below total capacity of separately taken pooperatsionny units almost in 2 times that caused economy of the electric power to 30÷40 %. The cavitational valve located on a hydromill regulates fermentative processes and  temperature g.k.s. Above the listed processes pass everything in the water environment which gave the chance to exclude bulky cyclones on collecting a dust. A water ratio to a grain mix (peas, barley, corn, wheat, millet, oats, etc. grain) – 2:1 parts. Special achievement is that the gap between millstones is easily regulated and provides an exit of any fraction as for feeding of pigs, and KRS, including and calfs.

As showed research-and-production experiments, at the expense of a special design of units and an exit of the size of the fixed fraction which is the best for feeding of animals, their gastroenteric path, we receive highly effective forages which increase deduction in a body of animals of nitrogen to 30 %, calcium to 12 %, phosphorus to 6.4 %, magnesium to 4 % that provided digestibility of crude cellulose for 14.5 %, a crude protein for 12.3 %, and positively affected growth of live weight of animals and having bothered milk, unlike the dry concentrated feeds and the forages received by means of ekstruder.

  The fraction 0.5÷1.4 of mm which provide kormoagregaty series AKGSM, 75÷80 with % from the general exit g.k.s is the best fraction for feeding of pigs., at a gap 0.7÷0.8mm. For a prigotavlivaniye g.k.s. for KRS and the calfs, the best fraction is 0.8÷2mm which provides a gap between millstones 1.0÷1.2mm.

On 01.05.2008g. units successfully work in 380 farms of Ukraine. The processed results from farms and agricultural enterprises where kormoprigotovitelny units of series AKGSM of "Mry" work, gave such indicators:

a) on a dorashchivaniye also fatten pigs:

– a daily average gain of live weight – 780-850 g; -  economy of forages from standards -  to 20 %;

– reduction of allocation of manure - to 40 %; - economy of energy resources – to 30 %;

– reduction otkorma animals to 100kg live weight - to 5.5÷5.8 months;

– preservation of sows and increase in farrows - at the expense of an early excommunication of pigs;

– medical actions - at the expense of assimilation of an easy forage and fermentative processes in a gastroenteric path of animals.

The result is higher than the listed processes - this decrease in prime cost of expenses to the 4th UAH. on 1 kg of a gain of live weight of animals and receiving additional profits to 40 thousand UAH., at fatten 100 heads - to 100 kg.

b) on KRS young growth:

Inclusion when feeding to the main diet of calfs of 30 % of a grain mix and its processing in g.k.s., at a water ratio to a grain mix 3:1, assisted growth daily average prirostov live weight (zh.m.) to 850-950 g, or for 15-20 % that caused term reduction otkorma calfs at achievement of 500 kg by them zh.m. on the 20-30dny. Costs of 1 kg of a gain zh.m. made 8.9-9.1 k.ed. Addition g.k.s. to the main sterns improved their flavoring qualities and eating, reduced costs of the main forages of 1 kg of a gain of live weight almost by 20 %.

v) on dairy herd:

On optimum nutrients depends not only level having bothered and quality of milk, and and a state of health of cows. During the stall period for maintenance of appetite and improvement of process of digestion to the main sterns add to 30 % g.k.s. from a mix of the grain. Introduction in a diet g.k.s is especially useful during this period. additives of bicarbonate of sodium to 0.6 % and 0.2 % of an oxide of magnesium from amount of solid. At such sterns dairy productivity of cows during the stall period was on 15÷20 % vyshy, and reduced by 20 % postnatal complications. Skarmlivaniye  to cows of a grain mix in a look g.k.s. with additives of a lysine and methionine assisted increase at 12 % of contents of fat in milk and to increase of contents of linoleic acid which positively influence a condition of cows. Effect of 30 % received from an additive g.k.s. to the main sterns, with buffer additives, raises level of Rn of a stomach which assists improvement of a perevarimost of a forage, increase of its consumption and more its fast evacuation from a stomach. As a result of these processes increases nady, quality of milk and health of cows improves. Even watering of dry feeds in feeding troughs g.k.s. assists above-mentioned effects.

Result of application to 30 % g.k.s. to the main sterns gives decrease in prime cost of milk do15-20 to % and guarantees profitable managing.

And as conclusion. An embodiment in production kormoagregatov new generation of series AKGSM of "Mry" which prepare highly effective on power value homogeneous fodder suspensions (the fermented forage) from a mix grain, yield positive economic results at the maintenance of animals, are world level of modern animal husbandry and can compete to the WTO operating in the countries.
