The resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine No. 403 from 30.03.06 is stated
The relevant resolution of Ministry of Ukraine of N 403 from March 30, 2006 was signed by the prime minister of Ukraine Yury Ekhanurov.
This document provided modification of the resolution KMU N1304 from the December 30, 2005, providing export licensing of sugar from a reed or a sugar beet (UKT foreign trade activities code 1701).
Licenses for export of this production will stand out in coordination with the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine
As it was reported before, according to Department of Economic Affairs of Ukraine, in the conditions of growth of the world prices for sugar the prevention of uncontrollable export from Ukraine these goods and strengthening of the state control of export operations is objective need.
Earlier need of introduction of export licensing of sugar for the purpose of prevention of sharp growth of the internal prices declared the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine. According to head MINAP Alexander Baranovsky, in February active export of sugar from the country because of a difference of the internal and world prices for it of this year began.
On NASU "Ukrtsukor" forecasts, export of white sugar in the current season will make about 50 thousand tons of Ukraine. Capacity of domestic market of sugar of analytics estimate at level 2 – 2,1 million tons per year.
