The Simferopol district state administration on April 5 of this year held meeting on which were considered a condition of crops of winter crops, a pest control course, diseases and weeds. The close attention was given to seed farming, labor protection questions in carrying out field works.
The main agriculturists of KRH, heads and specialists of other enterprises of various form of ownership, experts of a regional link were invited to meeting.
Opening meeting, the head of department of agroindustrial development of Century of N of Zakalichny expressed concern to that the condition winter in many farms leaves much to be desired and to correct it it is necessary to carry out appropriate care of crops urgently.
The analysis of productivity of sunflower in separate farms of the area showed that in recent years it quite often doesn’t exceed 5-7 c/hectares. The reason first of all that the main agriculturists seriously aren’t engaged in purchase of high-quality, high-yielding seeds of new selection. Such seeds are available now in KFDP "Rayz-Agroservice", and that who didn’t take care yet of acquisition, they need to be bought urgently.
The vice-chairman of RGA V. N. Drevyankin, addressing to participants of meeting, told that the meeting purpose not reading of notations and to give the chance to experts to express the opinion on discussed questions, to share positive experience. And the ultimate goal – to develop a consensus, to decide as to keep crops of winter crops, and victims if necessary pereseyat, having borrowed with corn on grain, its high-yielding grades and hybrids.
The main agriculturist of management of agroindustrial development A.A.Mishchuk, characterizing a condition of winter crops, noted that to the middle of January, 2006 in a good and satisfactory condition there were 90 % of crops. Due to the sharp fall of air temperature during the period from January 20 to January 29, to a minus 24-29os, at insignificant snow cover (1-6 cm) and fall of temperature of the soil on a depth of root system to a minus 8-12oS their condition sharply worsened. And now in a good and satisfactory condition – 61,2 %, weak and izrezhenny – 33,6 %, for 5,2 % of the area winter were lost.
To have the guaranteed crop providing annual profit as the main agriculturist of management noted, it is necessary to have in structure of the areas 25-30 % parov, thus 50-60 % of winter wheat will be sowed on pairs, instead of on sternevy predecessors as it often happens.
Important work today – inspections of winter crops on population wreckers and contamination diseases. For today on all area top dressing winter is finished by nitric fertilizers.
The summer it is planned to sow for squares of 11,9 thousand hectares, this work is already conducted. Unfortunately not all farms finished soil preparation in optimum terms. But pleases that all farms were reserved by seeds of summer cultures.
It is necessary for a growth in volumes of production of agricultural cultures of production, that each hectare of the irrigated areas received water.
All well know that a deterioration of machine and tractor park very big. Therefore repair and, especially, control, equipment adjustment now an indispensable condition at which carrying out all complex of spring works, in optimum terms is possible.
The chief of regional station of protection of plants V.I.Djyachenko again reminded participants of meeting that means of protection received at representatives of producer companies, instead of the counterfeit which is cheaper, but result, finally, gives the negative. He paid attention to the personnel which will take part in protective measures. People should pass medical board, instructing, and are in case of need provided with means of personal protection. All participants of a seminar received recommendations about processing of crops of grain crops from diseases and weeds.
Chief of the T.Yu seed station. Mayorova noted that fact that certain agriculturists of the area treat quality of seeds negligently. There are cases when sow the seeds which have not passed the analysis that is inadmissible. And if you get a sowing material in other farms and firms, it is necessary to inform of it seed station. Her experts will leave without fail on suppliers of the seeds, having the right to trade in a sowing material, and to receive necessary information on its quality.
The leading engineer of management of agroindustrial development V. N. Kimasov paid attention to implementation of requirements of regulations on labor protection.
He explained that the workers participating in field works, should be trained and certification for questions of labor protection and the corresponding instructing.
And to allow people to work with yadoximikatami it is possible only after passing of obligatory medical examination by them.
It is necessary to develop and approve routes of movement of agricultural units when moving them from one site of work on another.
Before the beginning of works it is necessary to check komissionno a technical condition of tractors and agricultural cars. It is not necessary to deduce in the field equipment not passed annual technical inspection.
Workers should be provided with overalls and necessary means of individual protection.
It is necessary to equip and designate vacation spots, storage and food intake, to provide them with necessary means of hygiene.
Works should be conducted under strict control of observance of labor and production discipline.
From April 24 to April 28, 2006 across all Ukraine week of labor protection is spent. During this period it is necessary to hold the additional events directed on prevention of industrial injuries, improvement of working conditions, increase of culture of production.
