Representatives of the Verkhovna Rada of AR Crimea visited farms of the Krasnogvardeysky area. They noted that in the region there are the problems connected with reforming of agrarian and industrial complex. Drew a conclusion: that in the village there were no serious problems, it is necessary to put in it investments.

The Krasnogvardeysky area was visited by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic Crimea Anatoly Gritsenko and the Chairman of the board of ministers of an autonomy Victor Plakida. They were accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Nikolay Kolisnichenko and the minister of Council of ministers of ARK Anatoly Rogozenko.
Together with the chairman of regional council Alexander Voylokov and the chairman of the district state administration Mikhail Kosovan the first heads of the republic visited a number of agricultural enterprises. In the beginning they examined vineyards of October wine and cognac plant. The director of JSC Oktyabrskoye Larissa Druzhina told about how her collective works with a rod. In turn the director of October vinnokonyachny plant Leonid Novikov emphasized that one hectare of restoration of vineyards with a drop irrigation cost to plant 7 thousand dollars.
Heads of the Crimea visited SOOO Friendship of the people. On meat-packing plant of an economy they were met by director general Evgeny Shatokhin. Heads of the republic examined meat-packing plant, a complex on otkormu KRS in the village. Limy. They were interested, as is grown up grain crops. Evgeny Shatokhin told about economy development, stated the vision of development of agro-industrial complex and a state role in it.
Visit of the village of Pyatikhitk became a big event. Anatoly Gritsenko and Victor Plakida lit gas in Lyubov Krasnyanskoy and Lenura Belyalova’s houses.
Slavyanka Street was installed gas now thanks to the help of republican fund of support of individual construction on the village which provides to villagers the credits in 7 thousand hryvnias with payment payment by installments for three years.
The head of the Crimean parliament noted advantages of development of agro-industrial complex of the Krasnogvardeysky area before Krasnoperekopsky, in particular – existence of the farms which are engaged in serious production. By A.Gritsenko’s words, in the region there are also the problems connected with reforming of agrarian and industrial complex. So, according to him, not in all agricultural enterprises of the region the people having sufficient experience in agricultural production came to management.
- But that we saw, having visited, in particular, agricultural enterprises Friendship of the people where people put serious investments, increase production, makes good impression – he noticed. – But such large-scale enterprises where the number of cattle makes 31 thousand heads, in the Crimea aren’t present more. From production delivery the economy receives grants from the Government budget. All this complex allows to achieve good results – the Chairman of VR ARK noted.
A.Gritsenko is convinced that the time of disorder of agricultural industry ended.
- It is necessary for state to pay a close attention to development of agrarian and industrial complex and to reconsider policy in relation to the village. If we care of production, shouldn’t forget and about people – he told. In his opinion, the state it is necessary to develop an accurate comprehensive approach to development of agrarian and industrial complex and all social sphere on the village.
- From declarations it is necessary to pass to serious financial investments – the head of the Crimean parliament emphasized.
By A.Gritsenko’s words, on Pyatikhatka’s example where by means of the Crimean fund of assistance to construction of individual housing on the village inhabitants solved a gasification problem, it is possible to be convinced that people learned to solve the social problems. Nevertheless, the Chairman of VR ARK is convinced that the help of the state on compensation of expenses, in particular, on gasification is necessary for people.
