On numerous appeals of territorial bodies of the State treasury of Ukraine otyonositelno implementation of the order of the Office Miyonistrov Ukrainy from 18.07.07 of No. of 549-R About a predosyotavleniye of the partial financial help to the selskoyokhozyaystvenny enterprises which have suffered losses as a result of dusty storms, occurred 23-24 marta, in May and a gradobitiya in June, 2007 the State treasury of Ukraine reports droughts.
According to provisions of point of the third part of the sixth article 2 of the Law of Ukraine About purchase of the goods, works and services for public funds a predpriyoyatiya can carry out purchase of the goods, works and the services connected with elimination of consequences of chrezvyyochayny situations of a technogenic and natural harakyoter without application of procedures of purchase, predusyomotrenny the Law, in an order defined by the Interdepartmental commission on questions of gosuyodarstvenny purchases.
The interdepartmental commission on questions of gosudaryostvenny purchases approved the Procedure by the enterprises of purchase of the goods, works and services, svyayozanny consequences with elimination of extreme siyotuatsiya by which representation by a rasyoporyaditel of public funds in Gosuyodarstvennogo’s bodies of treasury of Ukraine only sootvetyostvuyushchy documents confirming the fact of a vozyoniknoveniye of an emergency situation is provided.
In this case such confirming dokumentami are:
• The order of Cabinet council of Ukraine from 18.07.07 of No. of 549-R About providing the partial financial help to the agricultural predyopriyatiya which have suffered losses as a result of dusty storms, occurred on March 23-24, droughts in May and a gradobitiya in June, 2007;
• Distribution of means in a cut of areas and the selsyokokhozyaystvenny enterprises, approved as Predyosedatel of the regional state administrations and coordinated by Minagropolitiki, Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance.
Transfer of the financial help to the selskokhozyayyostvenny enterprises should be carried out on the basis of the contracts signed between rasporyayoditel of budgetary funds (predostavitel of the financial help) and agricultural predyopriyatiya (recipients of the financial help) puyoty transfers of the corresponding sum of means from registration accounts of the predostavitely financial help on the current bank accounts of recipients of the financial help.
