The laboratory Crimean RGPTC protection of fertility of soils and quality of production within six years carried out researches of production of all main cultures which are grown up in the Crimea. In them defined the content of zinc, copper, cadmium and lead. Results of researches appeared same. In particular, it was not fixed any case when the maintenance of any element would exceed maximum-permissible level. This result, on the one hand, is a consequence of that in soils of the Crimea the content of heavy metals seldom exceeds admissible levels. On the other hand, as it is established by researches, not always there is a direct link between extent of pollution of the soil toxic elements and intensity of their receipt in plants. Practically all plants have the fiziologo-biochemical protective mechanisms interfering intensive intake of toxic metals. So, in experiences it is established, what even at hundredfold excess of the natural content of mercury in different soils (about 10 mg/kg), spring wheat absorbed only its insignificant quantities. The content of mercury in grain made about 0,1-10 mkg/kg that is much lower than maximum concentration limit (0,05¼ú/kg), established WHO for food.
Absence of communication between level of the content of heavy metals in the soil and absorption by their plants is defined by a type of plants, properties of the soil, and also a form in which the element contains in the soil. More often communication is absent on vysokogumusirovanny soils. The organic substance of the soil adsorbs metals, forming complex connections, transferring metals to form less available to plants. Therefore it is necessary to apply the agroreceptions raising the maintenance of a humus in the soil to decrease in toxicity of metals, that is – introduction of organic fertilizers, sideratov, a plowing of straw and other vegetative remains. Now this problem is very actual and over time it will be even more more sharply.
On the other hand, it is not necessary to exaggerate possibilities of protective mechanisms of the soil and the plants interfering accumulation of toksikant in crop production. It is necessary to meet strictly the conditions interfering superfluous intake of heavy metals in the soil.
