Minagropolitiki Ukrainy together with Goskomrezervom suggests to approve the Model treaty between local executive authorities and subjects of managing which receive a flour from the enterprises of system of a material reserve (from the state material and food reserves).
About it it became known from the corresponding draft of the Resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine published on a site of Minagropolitika.
According to the document, the Customer provides in the State committee of Ukraine on the state material reserve (Goskomrezerv) the letter order on holiday from the state reserve of a certain quantity of a flour, and the Performer undertakes to accept the specified quantity of a flour and to make of it exclusively mass grades of bread.
The customer undertakes to provide to the Performer the list of legal entities which realize mass grades of bread on a certain administrative and territorial unit; to carry out control of quality of mass grades of bread and providing the region population with it.
The performer undertakes to make exclusively mass grades of bread from the flour received from Goskomrezerva.
Adoption of the specified resolution will allow to avoid no-purpose use of the flour intended for manufacturing of social grades the corn, and unreasonable rise in prices in the market of bread and bakeries, consider in Minagropolitiki.
