In the third quarter 2007 the department of inspection of budgetary funds in the sphere of production of goods of agrarian and industrial complex and use of natural resources of CREWE to AR Crimea carried out audit of financial and economic activity of the State enterprise Simferopol wine-making plant.
Audit established violations for total amount of 1017,7 thousand UAH., including what led to a damage for the sum of 8,01 thousand UAH., and as, which didn’t lead to a damage for the sum of 1009,69 thousand UAH., in connection with TMTs purchase for total amount of 1009,69 thousand UAH. without carrying out tender procedures.
Besides, conclusion cases are established by plant of contracts which have no financial benefit for the enterprise. So, the carried-out analysis of actual cost of the cognac production, realized to Alset private enterprise it is established that production is realized by plant at production prime cost (without administrative expenses and costs of sale) that led to understating of the income of the state enterprise Simferopol wine-making plant for the sum more than 1,3 million UAH.
This fact testifies to existence at winery of reserves of increase of profitability of the enterprise.
