In the publication it is a question of the financial help provided within the Republican program “Own house” for inhabitants of the Bakhchsarai area.
The social sphere sat down
As of July 15, 2008 behind the financial help provided within the Republican program Own house, 135 inhabitants of the Bakhchsarai area addressed. For providing with their credit resources 2794,0 UAH are necessary. Actually soft loans are given out to 32 borrowers for total amount of 346,5 thousand UAH.
With use of the soft long-term loan by rural builders of the area 3 individual houses in total area 588,4 sq.m, including, by young families – 1 are constructed, housing conditions by a way of acquisition of housing in the secondary market 3 families, including, young – 2 are improved, 29 estates are installed gas, 2,7 km of gas pipelines are carried out.
Implementation of the program indirectly promoted involvement of the private capital in area economy in the sum of 265,9 thousand UAH., to fixing of 21 shots on the village, to creation of 6 new workplaces, increase in production of agricultural production in a private sector on 219,6 thousand UAH.
Level of satisfaction of need of peasants in soft loans makes 12,4 % and can be increased, if the leaders of the area make the decision on need of individual share in formation of credit resources for support of individual rural builders.
