Qualifying requirements:
the higher legal, arts, economic education, knowledge of a state language, computer equipment, length of service in not less than three years.

Wishing to take part in competition, file to the competitive commission the following documents:
1. The statement in the competitive commission.
2. The filled personal card (P2-DS form) with appendices.
3. Copies of documents on the education, assured notarially or personnel service of the district state administration.
4. Two photos in the size 4 x 6 see.
5. Copies of the first, second and eleventh pages of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine (the district state administrations certified by personnel service).
6. Data on the income and obligations of financial character of the candidate and members of his family.
