New houses in our country will still be equipped in the old manner, with the centralized dependence on electric and gas networks. Even fashionable now independent heating actually any not the independent. Considering a constant rise in prices for energy carriers, today nobody can hope for stability in the future. Where exit?

From the independent house – to the independent state

The best minds of a planet invented long ago the equipment using energy of renewable sources – the sun, winds, waters, lands. The average stream of solar energy to Earth makes 200-250 W/sq.m while on economic activity of the person it is necessary all – 2 W/sq.m in not industrial areas and no more than 15-20 W/sq.m in high-industrial. That is, it is enough to use from 1 to 8 % of solar energy completely to satisfy energy needs of mankind.

The house created from safe materials and using at operation the most modern engineering equipment, manages at construction much more expensively, than a building of a traditional design. However in operation it it is incomparable cheaper, and the main thing – is purer. To realize it, it is necessary to be able not to consider, and to count on some steps forward. The independent house is a brick from which it is possible to combine a real autonomy of the state.

Ukraine for $1000 the gross domestic product consumes today gas in 10 times more, than Poland, and in 40 times more, than Germany that demands from us cardinally to change the relation to energy saving.

The sun, air and water – our best friends

The countries which have no own energy carriers, there is a lot of. Therefore the equipment using alternative power sources for heating and heating of water, is widely presented in the world market. It rather expensive but if to consider that material inputs are required only on purchase and installation of equipment and after that financial expenses practically aren’t present, favourably in any case. So, the thermal pumps (TN) which have begun the victorious procession along a planet more than a quarter of the century back, on forecasts of World power committee, by 2020 will replace all existing heat-carriers. Today their quantity is estimated in tens of millions.

The total area geliosisty, established on a planet, makes about 70 million sq.m. Programs on solar power are accepted in 70 countries of the world.

In Ukraine today 6 enterprises in different regions of the country mastered release of solar collectors of five various designs. Their cost fluctuates from 60 to 150 ñ½./sq.m. Constrains increase in their release absence at the enterprises of the current assets, special funds and the privileges provided by the Law of Ukraine About energy saving.

To wide introduction of solar collectors stirs a number of their constructive shortcomings. In search of alternative proyektant tried different options. The elementary decision was the advanced solar collector – gelioprofil TEPS of production of the Dnepropetrovsk firm "INSOLAR YUSV". The main advantage gelioprofilya TEPS – multifunctionality. It is the heat-absorbing panel of a solar collector with channels for liquid and air heat-carriers which can be used for heating and for cooling, covering internal surfaces and partitions freezing, refrigerating and heat chambers, liquid-air heat exchangers, etc.

The original constructive decision allows to do from gelioprofilya TEPS a roof or a facade, without creating additional load of a building. Prime cost gelioprofilya, in comparison with solar collectors, below, and its possibilities can be expanded, if on a surface to place photo-electric converters of solar energy in the electric.

Work principle gelioprofilya the following: the sun heats up its surface, heat is transferred to the heat-carrier proceeding on the cylindrical channel, or air which is in the prismatic plane and arrives in complex system of power supply: hot water supply and heating, ventilation, conditioning. For reduction of losses of heat the back party of a design is closed by a layer of a standard heatinsulating material, and obverse – a layer of a transparent thermal insulation. It allows to utilize from 1 square meter of a surface of 100-600 W of capacity of sunlight. Working temperature of the liquid heat-carrier on an exit from a taking-away collector +30 – +90oS, air +30 – +50oS.

Heattechnical properties gelioprofilya were investigated in scientific research institute of power of the Dnepropetrovsk national university. Experts counted up that construction of buildings with facades or roofs from gelioprofilya TEPS Square of 1 million sq.m is equivalent to introduction in operation of the heatgenerating equipment in capacity of 500 MWt, or to a gain of development of thermal energy (5-6) x105 to MWt/hour, or economy of fuel to 150 t.u.t., to reduction of emissions of CO2 to 56,4 thousand tons.

Work gelioprofilya will be the most effective if to connect it to the thermal pump. The thermal pump uses heat disseminated in environment – in the earth, water, air. The power active protecting design (a roof, a wall), that is gelioprofil, plays in this case a role of a low-potential source of heat and the waste convector of thermal surpluses.

About thermal pumps in our country it is a little known even among builders. One thermal pump replaces a copper, a boiler, the conditioner, a dehumidifier and thus manages cheaper. In the USA, Japan, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, Finland such installations take root high-speed rates. Having spent 1 kW of the electric power in a pump drive, it is possible to receive 3,4, and it is frequent and 5-8 kW of thermal energy. And when using in system with gelioprofily TEPS – to 8-12 kW. On the average 60-75 % of requirements of a heat supply of the house of TN provide free of charge. Initial costs of the pump and installation of system of collecting heat are quite notable and make $300-1200 for 1 kW of power consumption of heating. But capital investments pay off for 2-3 years, only at the expense of sberegayemy fuel and an electricity. Thermal pumps practically vzryvo-also are fireproof. There is no fuel, there is no the open fire, dangerous gases and mixes. In effect, TN is dangerous no more, than the refrigerator. Thermal pumps have a big length of life and work completely in an automatic mode. Service of installations consists in seasonal technical inspection and periodic control of an operating mode.

In Lviv on Saksaganskogo Street there is a so-called power active building (with the minimum mid-annual consumption of energy of external energy carriers).
