In information it is told about introduction in action with 25.04.2007g. new "User Rules for Operating Electrical Equipment" and actions which are necessary for carrying out to the enterprises, to establishments and the organizations – to consumers of the electric power.
The state inspectorate for power supervision of modes of consumption of electric and thermal energy informs that the order of Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine from 25.07.2006 No. 258, are approved and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 25.10.2006 No. 1143/13017 of User Rules for Operating Electrical Equipment (further Governed). The text of Rules is published in the Official messenger of Ukraine No. 44 for 2006.
Requirements of Rules are obligatory for workers who carry out operation and inspection of electroinstallations of consumers, and also the enterprises, establishments and the organizations of all forms of ownership which carry out scientifically – research, design and design works, manufacturing, delivery, installation, adjustment, tests, diagnostics and repair of electroinstallations of consumers.
Rules come into force in 6 months after their state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, i.e. since April 25, 2007.
In case of a failure to provide till 25.04.2007:
- Reductions of objektovy rules, norms, standards, regulations, maintenance instructions, duty and production regulations to requirements of Rules;
- Training in the training centers of the persons responsible for an electroeconomy defined by Gosenergonadzor, their deputies and workers on labor protection which inspect electroinstallations with the subsequent extraordinary examination;
- Training and extraordinary examination of Rules at electrotechnical and electrotechnological workers technical operation of electroinstallations of consumers isn’t allowed.
Heads of the enterprises, establishments and the organizations – consumers of electric energy bear personal responsibility for the possible negative consequences connected with rejection of measures for introduction at the subordinated enterprise, in establishment and in the organization of these Rules.
