Departmental checks of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea in August-November, 2007, in the city of Simferopol established more than 20 spontaneous sites of trade by fish and fish products

The situation with violation of the rules of trade in fish in 5 months of this year considerably worsened.

The ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea the letter from 16.11.2007 of No. 22/611 addressed to heads of responsible establishments and the organizations of Simferopol and the Autonomous Republic Crimea about prompting of a due order in trade in fish and fish production.

In the spontaneous markets on Kiyevskaya St., Heroes of Stalingrad and the Central market are realized godoviki and dvukhletka of a sturgeon, a starred sturgeon, the ban on which catch remains more than 10 years.

The peak of realization of a flounder – kalkana in the spontaneous markets of Simferopol  fell on the I-II decade of May of this year when the catch of this breed was under a ban. During this period only near Kiyevskaya St. 450-500 kg of a flounder – kalkana daily, on 12-16 trading places were spontaneously realized.

In Simferopol  trade "fresh" pilengasy of a heap of the fish who has been fallen down at a carriageway is considered usual practice. By the way, the catch of this species of fish from May 1 to October of this year also is under a ban.

There is an expansion of spontaneous places of trade by fish on streets of Heroes of Stalingrad, Marchal Zhukov with 6-8 till 12-14 places in May of this year. On streets of Zalesky and 1 Cavalry of a place of spontaneous trade increased twice – to 30 outlets. Here in insanitary conditions are realized brakonyersky ulovy – the fish forbidden to a catch, without accompanying documents and doubtful quality.

Due to the deterioration of an ecological situation in the Azovo-Chernomorsky pool and possibility of mass poisonings with fish, the Ministry of an agrarian policy addresses to consumers with a request to buy the fish who has passed veterinary control, in specialized shops.
