AGRARIAN SCIENCE OF THE CRIMEA
Traditional celebration of Day of a science is reflection of due respect of the state to scientists, the intelligence and which creativity is used for the benefit of Ukraine.
It is known that the agricultural industry in modern conditions of the market can’t exist without achievements of an agrarian science.
For effective functioning of agro-industrial complex and the solution of the major questions of agricultural industry of the Crimea in 1998 the joint order of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine and UAAN created the center of scientific ensuring agroindustrial production of AR Crimea on the basis of the Crimean state agricultural experimental station (nowadays the APP Crimean institute). The structure of the Center includes nine research establishments of Academy and two educational institutions of an agricultural education of the Crimea:

In establishments of the Center 1176 people, including 533 scientists, from them 64 doctors and 233 candidates of science work. Annually about 70 employees of scientific institutions study in postgraduate studies.
In scientific institution of the Center researches on 37 UAAN scientific and technical tasks were carried out.
The AR Crimea scientific institutions perform research works, carry out approbation and introduction of complete development to agroindustrial production of the region.
Active participation in scientific ensuring agroindustrial production of the region is accepted by scientific institutions of the Center.
Scientists of the APP Crimean institute developed zone resource-saving technologies of cultivation of the main crops with elements of a vlagosberezheniye and increase of fertility of soils, conducting irrigated agriculture which in the conditions of the Crimea are capable to provide the guaranteed receiving big and stable crops. Works on development of highly effective technologies of cultivation of forage crops, including irrigated cultural pastures of a lucerne, a soya are carried out. In animal husbandry branch scientists of institute created and registered in 2004 the Crimean zone type of the Ukrainian red dairy breed of cattle. This work became result of long-term collaboration of research associates of laboratory of animal husbandry and Institute of cultivation of genetics of animals.
At institute scientific work on identification of the most productive plastic and adapted for conditions of the Crimea of grades and hybrids of crops for carrying out sortosmeny is constantly conducted.
The APP Crimean institute and its pilot farm of the AR Crimea unique enterprise which have the right to cultivation of elite seeds of the main crops. Annually the APP Crimean institute provides with them full need of seed-growing farms of the Crimea for elite seeds.
The grade of winter barley Rising of selection of the APP Crimean institute which for the last years in SPK "Semisotka" of the Lenin area on 9-14 c/hectares on productivity exceeded the grade most widespread in the region the Cyclone takes root.
The national Institute of grapes and Magarach wine created 25 grades of grapes which are characterized by the increased stability to diseases, their introduction allows to reduce pesticidal pressure and to reduce prime cost of grown-up production for 20 %. For the last 3 years the institute grew up and realized to farms of the Crimea about 1,5 million saplings of the certificated landing material that allowed to put uterine plantings of new perspective grades on the area of 700 hectares.
The Crimean experimental station of gardening improved system of technological actions for cultivation of shpalerno-dwarfish gardens, the resource-saving technology of the accelerated cultivation of an elite landing material of fruit crops is developed, technologies of preservation and processing of fruits and berries, 22 grades are brought and the state register of grades of the plants widespread in Ukraine.
Grades of fruit crops of selection of the Crimean experimental station of gardening take root. The new grade of a pear of Mry provides average productivity of 450 c/hectares and maximum – about 1000 c/hectares.
The Crimean research Center of institute of hydraulic engineering and land improvement of UAAN solved problems of irrational use of irrigation water in rice systems of the Crimea, resource-saving ekologo-safe technologies of clarification of water are developed.
Development of the Crimean research Center of Institute of hydraulic engineering and land improvement on norm of watering at a drop irrigation of long-term and vegetable cultures are introduced in area Krasnogvar-deysky’s SPK "Hermes" on the area of 200 hectares, allow to increase productivity of crops.
At the southern experimental station of institute of agricultural microbiology microbic preparations for improvement of a mineral food of plants, biocontrol of causative agents of diseases and wreckers are created, application of these preparations allows to save on each hectare processed by them, to 90 kg of nitrogen of fertilizers. Product cost thus decreases, their quality improves.
At experimental station of vegetable growing grades of vegetable cultures with flavoring and nutritious qualities in recent years are created, 26 from them are brought in the Register of grades of the plants widespread in Ukraine.
Institute efiromaslichny and herbs the material of efiromaslichny cultures takes root into production seed and landing.
The Crimean experimental station of veterinary medicine carries out epizootichesky monitoring on the main entomozam animals, events for fight against diseases of animals are held. Together with Institute experimental and clinical vetmediciny the vaccine against bird flu which passes laboratory research is developed.
YuF Crimean agrotechnological university of NAU for 2001-2006 prepared for branches of agrarian and industrial complex of 3,5 thousand experts. The faculty after degree formation of university carried out professional development about 5 thousand experts of the agrarian sphere.
The Crimean state agrarian educational advice center forms system of information support with use of modern telekommunatsionny technologies, about 43,5 thousand experts of mass professions for agricultural enterprises, farmer and personal agricultural industries are annually trained.
Innovative activity of the Center of scientific providing is based on introduction in agricultural production of the finished scientific development which passed approbation and showed high economic effect.
By results of scientific researches of establishment of the Center publish recommendations, bulletins, booklets, information leaflets, publish articles in the Agromir newspaper which circulation allows to capture all farms of AR Crimea.
