On November 15 at the Crimean academic Ukrainian musical theater the solemn meeting devoted to celebration of Day of workers of agricultural industry in which took part the Chairman of the Supreme Council of AR Crimea A.Grishchenko, the Chairman of the board of ministers of AR Crimea V.Planida, V. Homenko, heads and experts of areas and experts of areas and farms, leaders of production took place.
The report was made by the minister of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea P. Akimov who summed up work of rural workers in 10 months 2007g.
Awards were handed over to big group of leaders of agricultural production.

On November 15 at the Crimean academic Ukrainian musical theater the solemn meeting devoted to celebration of Day of the worker of agricultural industry took place. With a salutatory word to the gathered the Chairman of the Supreme Council of AR Crimea Anatoly Pavlovich Gritsenko, the Chairman of the board of ministers of AR Crimea Victor Tarasovich Plakida, the constant representative of the President of Ukraine in AR Crimea Vladimir Petrovitch Homenko, the minister of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea Pavel Ivanovich Akimov addressed.
Heads of the republic and the representative of the President of Ukraine in a festive atmosphere handed over well-deserved rewards to big group of leaders of agricultural production, and also employees of institutions of agro-industrial complex.
At the end of solemn meeting the festive concert took place.
The agro-industrial complex of the republic in the current year worked in the most severe over the last 10 years weather climatic conditions. A productive precipitation in the territory of the Crimea wasn’t within four months, and air temperature within 65 days exceeded a mark 300S that is four times higher than norm. Nevertheless farmers of the Autonomy with honor stood all tests of natural cataclysms, proved the high level of professionalism.
Gross collecting grain exceeded now level of more favorable last year. The greatest contribution to production of grain was brought by grain-growers: The Krasnogvardeysky area – 213 thousand tn., Nizhnegorsky – 123 thousand tn., Soviet - 104 thousand tn. and the May Day area – 103 thousand tn.
The arable lands taken away under grain crops in such agricultural enterprises as No. Agroshop of 49 DP Ilyich – the Agro-Crimea the Krasnogvardeysky area where from each hectare early grain it is collected on 45 c/hectares (head Andrey Vasilyevich Ryumshin) are highly effectively used. In KFH "Sivash" of the Nizhnegorsky area received on 36,3 c/hectares (head Vladimir Mikhaylovich Tymoshenko). Farmers of SOOO "Alliance" of the Soviet area collected on 34 c/hectares (head Sergey Dmitriyevich Kopanitsa).
The strong base of a grain yield of cultures is put by the Crimean farmers and next year. As a whole on the republic about 500 thousand hectares are sowed by winter grain crops that almost on 50 thousand hectares more than was poseyano on the crop’s eve of the current year.
The worthy contribution to production of grain was brought also by workers of rice fields. Crimean risovody make more than 50 % from the all-Ukrainian volume of this culture. In the current year they essentially increased efficiency of rice systems. White grain about 79 thousand tn are collected that for 10 % more than was collected it in 2006. Productivity of rice as a whole on the republic made 62 c/hectares. It on 8,1 centners from hectare above level of last year.
The highest indicator of productivity of rice provided risovody SOOO Perekop’s Storm. From each hectare here it is received on 82,1 centners of white grain (head Alexander Vasilyevich Polozhy). In JSC Vest collected on 77 c/hectares (head Andrey Vladimirovich Shestak), and in JSC Avis-agro-Sivash – on 72,1 c/hectares (head Nikolay Dmitriyevich Smirnov).
The worthy contribution to production of gross agricultural products was brought by also Crimean gardeners and wine-growers. In the current year 46,6 thousand tn fruit that almost in 1,5 times more than last year are grown up and collected. The highest efficiency of fruit plantings was provided by gardeners of JSC Krymskaya fruktovaya kompaniya under the direction of agriculturist Valentina Ivanovna Prots. Here from the area of 140 hectares it is collected on 240 c/hectares of fruit. In JSC Sovkhoz Vesna of the Nizhnegorsky area by a brigade of the Honoured worker of agricultural industry of Ukraine of Olga Petrovna Kirpichenko it is grown up and collected on 226 c/hectares of fruit.
Wine-growers of the Crimea in the current year grew up 91,3 thousand tn amber berries is honor in 2 times more than it was collected in 2006. Among vinogradarsky farms of high productivity workers of the state enterprise "Sudak" where from each hectare it is collected on 92,4 centners achieved, and the general gross collecting made 5,7 thousand tn. grapes. In the same economy, in a brigade of wine-growers directed by Ahmet Mambetovich Resul of grapes it is collected on 109,3 c/hectares.
Even more good results were reached by a brigade of wine-growers of the state enterprise "Morskoye", headed by Mikhail Mikhaylovich Shevchenko. Here from each hectare it is collected on 143 centners of grapes.
The acting noted that rates of revival and reconstruction of branches primordially traditional for the Crimea annually increase in the republic – gardening and wine growing, vegetable growing develops.
The worthy contribution to development of agro-industrial complex of the Republic is brought also by employees of branch of animal husbandry. In 10 months of the current year the volume of production of gross output in branch made 115,4 % to level of 2006. In all categories of farms of the Republic the number of cattle is increased by 2,3 %, including cows – for 0,5 %, pigs – for 13,7 %, sheep – for 14,3 %, birds – for 4,8 %.
Efficiency of all animal species raised. Nada on a cow in 10 months made 3,2 thousands kg that on 36 kg above level of last year. The highest indicators in efficiency of doyny herd provided collectives of dairy and commodity farms UOPPZ of Frunze the Saksky area (head Boris Aleksandrovich Yakimchik) – nadoyeno on 4749 kg of milk from a cow. In JSC Partizan of the Simferopol area (head Peter Savelyevich Kalyn) bothered on 4404 kgs.
In meat animal husbandry the highest indicators otkorma young growth of cattle are provided by cattle breeders of SOOO Friendship of the people of the Krasnogvardeysky area (head Vadim Anatolyevich Mustetsov) – an additional weight on 874 grams per day. The highest daily average additional weights of pigs – on 644 grams – receive in JSC Veles-Crimea of the Simferopol area (head Alexey Anatolyevich Izotov).
High rates the branch traditional for the Crimea – sheep breeding revives also. Along with growth of a livestock indicators of efficiency of sheep grow also. In the current year on 4,8 kg of wool it is clipped from each sheep in JSC Nachalo (head Vladimir Grigoryevich Panchenko) and in SPK Red glade of the Black Sea area (head Igor Dmitriyevich Voynarovsky). On 4,4 kg from each sheep sheep breeders of KFH "Kotovsk" of the Razdolnensky area whom Gennady Nikolaevich Korzh directs clipped.
Considering that the most part of main types of production of animal husbandry is made today by individual farms, the Ministry of an agrarian policy of ARK together with administrative bodies on places carries out considerable work on rendering of services to the population in questions of reproduction of animals, milk and meat purchases. Now in the Republic are created and work: 231 points of artificial insemination, 175 points on milk purchase, 36 points on a face and processing of animals. Till the end of this year it is planned to open in addition 34 points of artificial insemination, 21 points on a cattle face, 15 points on milk purchase.
The special attention is given by the Government of the Republic and the Ministry of an agrarian policy and will be given to revival of krupnotovarny production of all types of production of animal husbandry.
In the current year the stable gain of production and at the enterprises food and processing industry is also provided. Following the results of in 10 months 2007 the index of growth of volume of production made 11,7 %.

Last 10 months from the Government budget by agricultural producers of the Crimea it is received in the form of grants of 173,6 million UAH that almost on 46 million or 36 % more than last year. From the Republic budget financial support in the sum nearly 11 million UAH is rendered to agro-industrial complex of the Autonomy. For what from your name allow to express special gratitude to Anatoly Pavlovich Gritsenko Predsedatelyu of the Verkhovna Rada, to Victor Tarasovich Plakida to the Chairman of the board of ministers of AR Crimea.
The ministry of an agrarian policy also monthly carries out a rating among rural districts of the republic. Following the results of in 10 months of the current year the highest rates of development of agro-industrial complex were provided by workers of the Krasnogvardeysky area – 1 place, the Simferopol area – the 2nd place, the Kirov area – the 3rd place.
For high level of organizing work, on representation of the Ministry of an agrarian policy, the Council of ministers for managements of agroindustrial development of these areas allocated money in the sum to Krasnogvardeysky management of agroindustrial development (Leonid Nikolaevich Nesmirny) – 3 thousand UAH., To the Simferopol management of agroindustrial development (Vladimir Nikolaevich Zakalichny) – 3 thousand UAH., To the Kirov management of agroindustrial development (Anatoly Vladimirovich Sychev) – 2 thousand UAH. These means are intended for strengthening of financially technical base of managements of agroindustrial development of these areas.
Positive dynamics of operational performance provides also growth of social security of people taken in agricultural production. For last period of the current year the debt on a salary in agro-industrial complex is reduced by 5,2 million UAH. It is completely liquidated in the active enterprises of 9 areas. Monthly average level of a salary raised to 820 UAH that on 197 UAH. above level of 2006 and on 123 UAH. above an average across Ukraine.
Today the highest indicator of a monthly average salary in agricultural production is provided in the Krasnogvardeysky area – 1073 UAH and Simferopol – 946 UAH. I think that it is necessary for other chairmen of regional public administrations to think of this question seriously.
The second important aspect in the social plan it is necessary to note the outlined positive tendency of improvement of social conditions. In 10 months of the current year for improvement of housing conditions according to the Republican Program Own house to rural workers 4,1 million UAH are allocated. In the current year works are carried out: on gasification of 99 rural settlements; in 67 villages – on reconstruction and capital repair of objects of water supply and the sewerage; in 16 villages emergencies on flooding are eliminated.
The Verkhovna Rada, Council of ministers, the Ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea considers as the priority direction in the work social improvement of rural workers.
