Owing to the objective reasons, in farms of all forms of ownership of the Razdolnensky area practically didn’t remain gardens and vineyards, volume of production of cattle-breeding production in public sector was reduced. The basis in production of agricultural production is made by grain. In the current year quite good results are reached – gross collecting exceeded 62 thousand t.
The ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea it is recommended to increase gross collecting grain to 100 thousand t., that will safely affect area economy, will allow to solve social problems of the village.
For studying of problems of preparation for sowing of winter crops on the crop’s eve of 2007 and rendering of the practical help it is direct to farms, on August 19 in the area the exit board of the ministry of AP AR Crimea with participation of the vice-chairman of Council of ministers of the Autonomous Republic Crimea of N. P. Kolisnichenko, the minister of AP P.I.Akimova, deputy ministers of AP, heads of other ministries and the departments supervising agricultural industry is carried out. Participants of board visited all village and settlement councils, met heads of agricultural formations, personal country farms, analysed a course of preparation of the soil, seeds, security with protravitel of seeds, material resources, possibilities of farms to receive stably big crops.
Summing up, the vice-chairman of Council of ministers N. P. Kolisnichenko told that the priority of farmers of the area – to deduce agricultural industry from crisis. For this purpose it is necessary to find such approaches to the solution of problems first of all to improve life of people. In the area there are reserves and one of them – irrigation restoration. Unfortunately, so far plunder of the dozhdevalny equipment, water submitting systems isn’t stopped. There will be an irrigation it will be possible to restore gardens and vineyards, to create new workplaces.
Farmers of the area were excited by reporting questions: it is necessary to execute many unnecessary papers because of what a number of farmers is renewed by farms and work already at the shares, as personal country farms. That people of a preretirement and retirement age work at the earth was paid attention of the management of agrarian sector of economy, that is the village grows old, dies out and it is very inconvenient to register the lease contract of ground shares in the cadastral center. It was offered to transfer the right of registration of lease contracts of ground shares to village councils.
The minister of AP AR Crimea P.I.Akimov on recommended to increase production of agricultural products, not to assume closing of a local bakery that will lead to production rise in price. He knows potential of razdolnenets and believes that agricultural producers will manage to deduce the village from crisis, will provide a worthy level of living.
