For Krasnoperekopsky management of a water management the preparation period, by a new irrigation season the most important in an irrigation season. From, both we will be prepared, and we will water.
Repair construction works on preparation of an intereconomic network are made now at the expense of the means received from agricultural producers for rendered services in water supply for the previous season.
However not everything here is smooth. Preparation for work of pump stations, the hydraulic engineering constructions providing water supply on fields of the area causes alarm: the debt of water users for services in giving makes it 226 thousand UAH.
Boljshiye are long at such agricultural enterprises as: KFH "Agris" – 24 thousand UAH., SOOO Dnepr – agro – 33 thousand UAH., SOOO Heroes of Sivash – 34 thousand UAH., ChSP "Field" – 82 thousand UAH., JSC Krymrybkombinat – 29 gys. UAH.
The debt available for water users farms for services in water supply on an irrigation threatens preparation of objects for work during the irrigation period of 2006, completion of repair work at pump stations and hydraulic engineering constructions.
Kpasnoperekopskoe management of a water management informs water users that according to Minagropolitika Ukrainy’s order and the State Committee of Ukraine on a water management ot15.11.2005 of No. 632/309 About preparation of meliorative systems for work in 2006 water supply from points vodovydela in an intraeconomic network is possible only at performance of the following conditions:
– existence of permission to special water use;
– the meliorative network is prepared for water reception;
– the debt for services in water supply in previous years is extinguished.
Difficulties also that an intraeconomic meliorative network (it is not transferred yet) in a municipal property of territorial bulks in territories of Brotherly, Suvorovsky, Red Army, Pochetnensky village councils. The Beskhoznost leads to plunder of a meliorative network.
In response to the resolution of Council of ministers of the Autonomous Republic Crimea from 27.07.2004 of No. 337 it is necessary to accept in a short time on balance of village councils a meliorative network for further transfer it in rent to water users.
And still, without watching nafinansovy difficulties, Krasnoperekopsky management of a water management during the period from November, 2005 to April, 2006 – before water start-up, all the forces conducts repair of pump stations and pump and power units, hydraulic engineering constructions and posts, is engaged in concrete facing of channels, and also the mechanized and manual cleaning of channels and water releases from a zaileniye and deposits.
In connection with the developed emergency situation at the beginning of March of this year – flooding of houses by ground waters in villages Rice and State-farm the Krasnoperekopsky area, our management assisted Sovkhoznensky village council. We allocated special equipment, for fall of ground waters, and promoted restoration of drainage pump stations that in the future will allow to supervise level of ground waters.
