A cherry – one of the fruit-trees most widespread on Ukraine. Differs winter hardiness, the early introduction in fructification, annual big crops. Fruits of a cherry contain sugar, pectin, an inositol, organic acids (generally apple and lemon), tannins, carotene, vitamins C, In, RR, folic acid. From mineral substances contains a large amount of copper, potassium, iron, magnesium. Remarkable qualities of this plant possess not only fruits, but also stones, branches and leaves which are appreciated by unusual curative qualities.
