Black Sea the presentation of the draft of the program of preservation of environment in aspect of the address with a firm household waste in the territory of the Black Sea region of AR Crimea developed by specialists of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center with use of experience of specialists of office in Old Paul of Pomor center of agricultural consultation within the project Support of reforms of local self-government and managing in rural territories of the Crimea according to the program of the international help of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Poland in 2008 took place.
