In this publication it is a question that to old technologies came to change new, based on deeper processing of an organic waste and receiving the qualitative organic fertilizers which example just is the biohumus. After entering of such fertilizer into soil it is possible to restore practically for 3-4 fertility of the soil, rekultivirovat the lands which do not have gram of a humus and to return them to a crop rotation.
Process of production of a biohumus doesn’t demand big financial investments, there is no need even to buy new populations of worms. This technology allows to increase several times for short terms volume of production.

Article is devoted Ukraine approved by the Government to the development program of production of diesel biofuel for the period till 2010. In it it is said that the purpose of this program is increase of level of ecological and power safety of Ukraine, providing agrarian sector and transport branch of the country diesel biofuel. By the program it is provided till 2010 to finish gross collecting seeds of a rape in Ukraine to 7,5 million t and for its processing to construct not less than 20 plants.
