Article about formation and collective farm development "Russia", its social sphere during the period when it was headed by Krivorotov V. I. – Hero of Socialist Work.

To me working in due time as the deputy head of department of agricultural industry, as obliges it was necessary to be engaged closely in the organization of many actions in farms of the Krasnogvardeysky area. Heads of collective farms addressed to me on the most various questions, and most of all were interested what there will be a salary at working, how many is allocated means on so-called the thirteenth salary.
Especially Vladimir Ivanovich Krivorotov, the chairman of the well-known collective farm "Russia" was interested in these and other vital questions. It was necessary to hear, with what love he responded about people of the economy:
- My fellows villager very well worked, and I want to pay out them not only the put thirteenth wages, but also surcharge for performance and an overfulfillment of self-supporting tasks, and still to stimulate the interest and morally.
Thirty five years Krivorotov gave to collective farm "Russia", ten of them working as the main agriculturist, and then twenty five years – the head of this big economy, constantly cared of its blossoming and is proud of it on present time.
In an economy the powerful base of processing industry was created, plants are constructed: formula-feed, wine and juice, creamery, a mill, a bakery, pickling shop, the refrigerator on six thousand tons of production, kartofelekhranilishche. More than 20 million conventional cans of production over 30 names were let out by collective-farm cannery. Today such quantity various on the range of fruit-and-vegetable canned food not to be made even as a whole across the Crimea.
The sound economy allowed to build much, creating these the best conditions of social development of villages. The numerous delegations visiting an economy, beginning from domestic and to foreign, admired the seen.
From ten thousand inhabitants of collective farm about a half the others lived in personal houses – in high-rise buildings.
The hospital which at present is regional, in each village of FAPY was constructed, on cattle-breeding complexes – dispensaries, the emergency medical service point round the clock worked.
Five sports halls, two shooting galleries, sport center with stadium on five thousand audience, the winter swimming pool of sports type with heating of water were constructed. It allowed youth to be engaged in different types of sports.
Amateur performances were the best in the area. And all this together created good living conditions, approaching them to the city. In an economy there was a lot of youth which not only had well a rest, but also worked with a spark on various sites of harmoniously working production.
Unfortunately, winds of democracy and reforming put to this nice economy such destruction of which was avoided by only separate farms. Isn’t present today and close that production though 18 various agroformations were organized, the social infrastructure was lost also.
The government of Ukraine planned for 2009 to carry out continuous certification of settlements. It is necessary to notice that this good intention, which implementation will serve as powerful incentive of restoration of earlier existing social infrastructure which was created and destroyed by the occurred processes in agrarian sector. In this regard I had to pass on villages of former "Russia". It became sad from seen, at all it is not believed that in recent times there was other life.
The chairman of the Voskhodnensky Village Soviet Anatoly Tereshchenko applies efforts for maintenance of activity of villages, but those means which have the Village Soviet much, there is obviously not enough. In conversation with locals it was most of all heard:
- Krivorotov here would work, such decline of our economy wouldn’t occur.
