The technology of cultivation of saplings of grapes in a hothouse has the features. But before I want to tell about how I prepare a landing material.
I will notice at once that now very many pitomnikovody "burned" on winter colds: began preparation of a landing material when on rods burning frosts already walked and partially them froze. It, naturally, they many troubles did. So quality prepared chubukov was strongly "frozen".
And so, for a hothouse I cut them to hard frosts, and therefore the landing material at me turned out all quality to what greens violence in a hothouse testifies.
Stored chubuki in a cellar in bags. Anything new in it isn’t present, but there is one very considerable nuance: in bags with chubukami I fill up sawdust, and damp. And before a bag to stick, in it I inject vitriol solution. I fasten bags not densely so that air passed.
And it too promotes good safety of a landing material, helps to keep its live, capable to vegetation.
Of infallibility of this method of storage it was convinced on many examples. Here one of them. In July of last year one of farms of the Saksky area pribrelo at me 400 saplings of grapes, at once they were landed and … everything got accustomed, roughly went to growth.
Absolute prizhivayemost and rapid growth – there is more to come advantages of a hothouse sapling. The main thing, perhaps, that that as a result of fast development it for the second year of life (at podkormkax and in general good leaving) is capable to yield a harvest. After all for so short time of a rod vymaxivayut to 2-3 meters.
However I not made a reservation casually above, having mentioned leaving. To care of fruitful force of a grape bush I begin even with preparation pochvosmesy for containers. I take an earth bucket, a bucket of sawdust, a bucket of river sand. Bottles I prepare 1,5-2 liter. Having punched holes in bottoms them, down I fill up training layer of coarse-grained sand and already on it I strew pochvosmes in which I land chubuki.
I grow up saplings only in a complex steady grades. Them at me more than fifty: practically all Delights, Talisman, Golben Nou, Laura, Timur and others. From novelties – the Glow, Kishmysh Zaporozhsky, GF-199-206 (the Wife of a shah of Iran), Ecstasy, GF – K-41 (Russian early new), Sofia, the Consul, the Union, Church bells, Anniversary of the Kherson summer resident, SK-27. And generally grades of all terms of maturing.
Of correctness of this my choice I was convinced too by an example of one of farms of our area. Hundred hectares of the earth set here with the saplings of elite grades brought from France. Good there were grades and not for our steppe where winter frosts and spring frosts sometimes rage. Now in the winter our morozets also beat overseas saplings thoroughly.
In any case overseas, after frosts I took and cut chubukov our domestic grades, put them in bank with water on check. So from all from them the green sprout gave out from a kidney only one grade – Victoria. Here to you and answer to a question, what grade the most winter-hardy. Victoria, appears, a frost won.
Many beginning wine-growers complain of imperfection of container technology. Cut supposedly a plastic bottle lengthways, began to take out a sapling, and the lump was scattered, roots became bare, and all technology – to nothing.
And so, here not the technology is guilty, and the wrong following to it. I do so: I take a knife or secateurs, scissors, I do a cut cross-section at the bottom, and then it is careful, wringing out from a container wall not to damage, roots, I cut off a bottom and I throw out it.
Sapling I land with the container which already without a bottom, in a pole and from all directions I cover with earth, then I water, I fill in with water, but surely warm, heated up on the sun more truly. If cold, it stops a sapling in growth.
And further everything is simple: the container turned and slowly pulled out from the earth, having left a sapling in it with not scattered lump pochvosmesi which will suffice it for two years of a food.
What is still important? The following watering in ten days, again the warm water, the subsequent (till July) – too warm.
By the way, it is possible to leave the container in general in the earth till autumn, but it is better to pull out nevertheless at once.
And now about a gooseberry and a currant. A gooseberry at me besshipny. Technology of cultivation of saplings same as well as grape. But here in a garden at me you, got used to see in similar plantings bushes, not recognize him at once. I form shtamb and kardan, the kryzhovnikovy tree finally turns out.
In what advantages? The areas occupies less, it is time, the krone from the earth, the less than all "sores" and thirdly is higher, it is easier to collect a crop, not to bend in three deaths, and put under a tree a small bench, sat down, and pick to itself berries without special natugi.
