In Nizhnegorsky the seminar with heads, specialists of the services responsible for an epizootichesky situation in Nizhnegorsky and Soviet areas – representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, veterinary medicine, health care, SES, education and other organizations was held.
At a seminar questions of prevention of bird flu were considered, the measures, capable to put a barrier on a way of this dangerous not only were developed for a bird but also for the person of a disease.
The seminar was carried out at the initiative of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center, deputy director A.I.Demyanenko, the chief of NTI branch and V.F.Bondarenko’s agricultural consultation, the head of department of promotion and V.I.Kotnitsky’s advertizing conducted it.
The deputy head of department of veterinary medicine of AR Crimea V-A took part in work of a seminar. Shkel.
The seminar was carried out with support of the international UniSef projects (United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund), VSAID (Agency of the USA on the international development of the European commission).
Specialists of the center acquainted participants of a seminar with features of bird flu, defined ways of its possible distribution, a measure, capable to prevent its emergence and distribution, through population informing, change of its relation to this disease.
Reports were accompanied by demonstration of slides. Organizers distributed to participants of a seminar the materials intended for distribution among the population, at schools, other establishments and the organizations, and also among housewives.
Besides, a lot of manipulative material was received by the advisers-organizers of areas invited to a seminar for distribution in all village councils of these two areas.
In the Soviet area these materials are delivered in each village council, extend on all rural farmsteads, is hung out in the most visited places.
The important fact at carrying out a seminar was that between his participants and experts who saw off him, live dialogue – a question-answer was started. It is no secret that bird flu – epidemic for us new. And in the first years of its emergence the population didn’t know what to do how to prevent its distribution, how to struggle with this trouble. People went into extremes, despaired.
In conclusion of work of a seminar the round table was carried out. Discussion took place, and after problem discussions were summed up, the assessment is given everything heard.
Besides, the Soviet district state administration held meeting with heads of agricultural enterprises, farmers, the heads of village councils, heads and specialists of services of the area. And though the agenda of meeting was absolutely other (questions of carrying out spring sowing, certification of animals were considered, grants for crops winter and summer and introduction of mineral fertilizers), before the present the chief physician of veterinary medicine of the area V. V. Ivanov who told about rules of behavior of the population at detection of the centers of a disease of a bird, about measures for prevention of epidemic and about the forthcoming vaccination against bird flu acted.
