Changes in requirements concerning writing of the name of the legal entity or his isolated division

The changes brought by the order Goskompredprinimatelstva Ukrainy from 17.10.05 of No. 93 in Requirements are given in the publication, approved by the order Goskompredprinimatelstva Ukrainy from 09.06.2004 of No. 652.

1. To section 1 General requirements to make the following changes

1.1. Point 1.1 to state in edition:

1.1. The legal entity should have the naimenoyovaniye. In the name of the legal entity ukazyva­yutsya his organizational and legal form (except public authorities, bodies mestno­go self-government, authorities of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, the state, kommunalyyony and private institutions, institutions and uchrezhyodeniye) and the name. The name of the legal entity is stated in a state language.

1.2. Point 1.5 to state in edition:

1.5. In the name of the legal entity of private law use of names of public authorities, a local samoupravyoleniye and the historical state naimenovayoniya which list is established by Cabinet council of Ukraine is forbidden.

1.3. Point 1.8 to add with the paragraph the second sleduyushhe­go contents:

Names of the municipal enterprises, the goyosudarstvenny and municipal organizations (zaveyodeniye, establishments) can contain information on the founder of this legal entity.

1.4. In point 1. The 9th words in brackets ("branch", "predyostavitelstvo") to add with words ", etc.".

2. To section 2 Rules of writing of the name of the yuriyodichesky person or its isolated a podrazdeleyoniya to make the following changes:

2.1. Point 2.2 to state in edition:

2.2. When writing the name of the legal entity letters of the Ukrainian alphabet both the following punctuation marks and symbols are used: quotes (), a point (.), a comma, brackets / ()/, an apostrophe (‘), a hyphen (-), a dash (-), a sign (No.), an exclamation mark (!), a sign (/), and also, in case of need, cif­ry: Arab (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0) and Roman (I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X). In constituent dokuyoment when filling a registration card capital letters of Ukrainian alfavi­ta (And, by B, In, G, G, D, E, YE, 3, And, I, Ї, J, To, L, M, N, 0, P, R, With, T, At, F, the X-th, C, H, SH, SHH, , YU, I) are used.

FROM EDITION

We give the previous edition of point 1.9:

1.9. The name of the isolated division should contain words the isolated division ("branch", "representation") and to point to belonging to the legal entity which created the specified isolated division.

We give the previous edition of point 2.4:

2.4. The name of the legal entity is quoted and specified directly after an organizatsionyono-legal form of the subject of managing. Use of quotes in the name of the legal entity isn’t a sign for determination of identity of names.
