Mothers a telok inseminate a seed of high-valuable bulls from mothers with efficiency from 4 to 10 thousands kg of milk entered in the Catalogue.
50 percent of cost of a dose of a seed are subsidized from the Government budget of Ukraine through performers of a state program Selection in animal husbandry – a republic plempredpriyatiya.
In three years (2005-2007) 68 thousand UAH were paid to autonomy agricultural enterprises. In 2008, according to the resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine No. 348 from March 1, 2007 (with changes), on purchase the telok at the population it is finished a limit for the sum of 835 thousand UAH.
In 2008 the special grant for a livestock the telok is provided by order of use of the means provided by these direction to agricultural enterprises which got at the population for introduction in the main herd a telok, received from a uterine livestock identified not breeding productive animals.
The amount of surcharges makes no more than 5 UAH. for 1 kg of live weight.
For obtaining this grant of agricultural enterprise represent in managements of agroindustrial development the following documents:
- sheets on purchase a telok at the population according to the appendix with notarized copies;
- the certificate of the telochka origin, given out the plempredpriyatiy;
- the act of transfer (sale) and cattle and bird purchase under contracts with citizens according to a form 95-;
- an extract from the Register of animals;
- the payment document on calculation for bought a telok.

JSC Krymskoye plempredpriyatiye assigned to a uterine number of cattle of the Black Sea region of manufacturing bulls the Dive 5557 and the Cornel 1100, which efficiency of mothers makes more than 4 thousands kg of milk.
The head of state of emergency "Ear" V. M. Anufriev became interested in the first in the granted direction. In the territory of Dalekovsky village council where there is this enterprise, are registered 241 cow and a telka. Artificially inseminates animals and the technician-operator on artificial insemination of cows and T.A.Lysenko’s telok keeps account.
Specialists of management together with the head counted that if the economy will buy a telok in average weight of 162 kg at the price of 6,6 UAH. for 1 kg of live weight, the necessary sum for 10 heads will make 10 692 UAH. For one netel it is powerful 450 kg at the price of 25 UAH. for 1 kg of live weight it is necessary to lay out 11 250 UAH. Having forages of own production, the head decided that it is favorable to buy a telok for further cultivation and replenishment of the main herd. As a result, state of emergency "Ear" in 2006 bought 21 telka. Rastelilis firstcalf heifers in 2008, showed efficiency on 16-18 kg of milk per day.
In grant development also the director of JV Lang E.P.Rubtsova actively is engaged. In 2008 she received on purchase of milk of 9 370 UAH. KFH "Burnel-2" (the head to Aisha Osmanova) bought 30 telok in average weight of 164 kg for the sum of the grant of 24 600 UAH.
It is necessary for managements of agroindustrial development of thirteen areas to study experience of sailors of the Black Sea Fleet and to make active in 2009 an application of funds, allocated for purchase a telok at the population.
